CONDITION REPORT: Smaller example without foot has hairline to glaze and numerous areas of small scratches, both with light surface wear, usual manufacturing imperfections.

CONDITION REPORT: Flaw/scratch to lid rim, areas of rubbing and small losses to glaze where lid and body meet, otherwise light surface wear and usual manufacturing imperfections.

MOORCROFT; an ovoid grapes decorated vase, inscribed 'P.T. Trial 24.7.03' to base with impressed marks, height 19cm, also a boxed Moorcroft enamel perfume bottle (af) (2). CONDITION REPORT: The grapes vase has some crazing to the glazing. The perfume bottle has three bruises to the body and light surface scratches.
A late 18th century creamware leaf moulded platter, probably Leeds, with transferred rural figural scene, unmarked, length 42cm. CONDITION REPORT: Small areas of fritting and small chips to the border, surface scratches and light staining, some scratches to the reverse but overall in good condition for its age.
A pair of 19th century pearlware plaques, each relief moulded with a stag and doe in landscape picked out in ochre and blue, unmarked and with pierced coronet hanging section, diameter 24cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both in remarkably good condition, light surface scratches and some rubbing to the edges but basically good.
A Noritake twin handled bowl decorated with swans, a pair of matching circular plates and a small pin dish, also a pair of Camel China Egyptian decorated plates (6). CONDITION REPORT: Rubbing to the gilding of the Noritake, one of the plates has a 1.2 x 0.8cm chip to the rim, light surface scratches elsewhere.
An Irish bog oak rectangular snuff box, a Victorian papier-mâché mother of pearl inlaid snuff box, a Russian lacquered box and a cylindrical example with parquetry inlaid top, pin cushion and a 1915 fire grenade (6). CONDITION REPORT: Bog oak - tiny hole to front left of lid, chips to interior. Stick grenade; liquid present, light surface wear. General wear throughout.
A 19th century Chinese porcelain snuff bottle of squat globular form, finely painted in enamels with grasshopper to one side and with grasshopper on basket to the other, with green jade stopper, bearing four zhuanshu script character mark to base and with fragments of wax seal to one side, height 6.5cm, and a further example painted with numerous figures surrounding a mythical beast, height 6.5cm, attached to a fitted wooden stand (2). CONDITION REPORT: Insect decorated bottle; very dirty with surface staining and scratches. Figural bottle; light surface wear.

Two Chinese inside painted glass snuff bottles of flat ovoid form, one depicting blossoming branches and a flower pot, by Yen Yutian, signed and dated 1898, height 7cm, and a further similar example decorated with mountainous lake landscape with boats to one side and with floral motifs to the other with verses of script, both with stoppers (2).The first item purchased at Sotheby's Chester in 1989. CONDITION REPORT: Spoon lacking to both, light surface wear.
A 19th century Chinese porcelain snuff bottle of flat oval form, finely painted in underglaze blue with dignitary and attendants at a city wall with figures upon to one side and with a figure in mountainous landscape to the other, bearing four Zhuanshu script character mark to base, height 7.5cm including green hardstone stopper.Purchased at Moongate Singapore in 1981. CONDITION REPORT: Firing imperfection below neck, light surface pitting otherwise ok.
A Chinese pale grey hardstone snuff bottle of ovoid form, carved in Soochow style in brown skin with a figure and a crane, height 6.5cm, and a further agate example carved with stylised foliate scroll motifs, height 8cm (2).The first item purchased at Sotheby's Chester in 1989. CONDITION REPORT: Chip to neck of coral covered example, both with light surface wear.
A near pair of Chinese porcelain vessels with beaks and loop handles to one side painted in underglaze blue with continuous architectural and mountainous landscape and with geometric band to upper rim, on tapering foot, circa 1750, with Christie's Nanking Cargo auction sticker, lot 4099, diameter 15cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both appear to be in good condition when examined under UV light apart from some firing imperfections to include an area of splits near beak of one of the vessels, and similar imperfection in the middle of body of the other vessel, same vessel with misshapen area on top rim of the beak and with area of fritting/shallow chips on front edge.
A Chinese porcelain sleeve vase painted in underglaze blue with a villager and crane in mountainous landscape and with inverted stylised leaf band to the neck, height 21.5cm, possibly late Ming circa 1640, bearing Hatcher Collection, Christie's Amsterdam 1984 sticker to the base. CONDITION REPORT: Surface dirt and wear commensurate with age, residues of large sticker to one side, no obvious traces of damage or restoration when examined under UV light apart from tiny nibble to the edge of the upper rim.
TAG HEUER; a gentleman's stainless steel 'Carrera' wristwatch with black dial, three subsidiary dials, black bezel and date aperture, the case no.CV2010-2FC6296, boxed with papers. CONDITION REPORT: Light surface scratches to bracelet, light surface scratches to band of black enamel, ticks when wound.
LILLIE LANGTRY; a signed sepia photograph of Lillie Langtry, the British-American socialite, actress and mistress of the Prince Of Wales and later King Edward VII, approx 24 x 14cm, framed and glazed. CONDITION REPORT: Light foxing throughout, we can't tell whether glued down, dimensions in description are of the image itself.
KINORA LTD, LONDON; a viewer with two lenses and transfer printed gilt decoration to the metal body, the present reel depicting a boat race, height 23.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: There is wear to the gilding especially to the base where a lot of the decoration is now missing. The cards function as they should and the handle moves freely. The glass lenses are filthy and the front lense has a small slither chip to the base rim. Some light pitting to the metal frame, and general surface wear.
ZEISS IKON; a leather cased vintage cine camera with additional Sonnar 1:4 F=7.5cm lens, a Zeiss Platform no.4943 and a brown Bakelite case containing three lenses. CONDITION REPORT: The body of the camera is in remarkably good condition, light surface wear but clearly little use and presented in good order.
A late 18th century oak bow back box seat settle, with upright planks to the back, wing sides and central lifting seat, length approx 170cm. CONDITION REPORT: Seat lids appear original, cannot see hinges, there are later pieces added between the seat lids, middle seat has become loose from fastenings and has horizontal split all the way through, interior has been replaced with modern light wood (see pic), extensive wear throughout with further cracks and splits to seats, back, front and sides, areas of repair and replacements, deep scratches, gouges etc.
An early 19th century ale glass with band of engraved detail above cut tapering bowl and knopped stem (foot ground), and an early 19th century small ale glass with wrythen twisted conical and plain foot (2). CONDITION REPORT: Wrythen twist example with rough areas to rim where twists begin, minor indentations, abrasions and surface wear, base with slightly uneven finish, wheel engraved example with nibble to rim interior, light surface wear, base with slightly uneven finish, ground foot.
