Rare, vintage signed and inscribed 3.5 x 7 photograph depicting Sakata standing in a full length bodybuilding pose on a beach. The image promotes Sakata as The Great Tosh Togo (his ring name). Signed in blue ink across a light area of the image, `To Wally, My best wishes, Togo`, also adding some Japanese characters in his hand. DISNEY WALT: (1901-1966) American Animator, Academy Award winner. An unusual, rare and early signed postcard depicting an image of Mickey Mouse standing in a full length pose with his companion, Butch, standing on a small podium in the background wearing a suit of armour. A printed caption at the base reads `Gobs of Good Wishes, Mickey Mouse, Me Too, Butch`. Signed by Disney with his name alone in fountain pen ink to a clear area of the lower border beneath the caption. Dated 1933 in a small, neat hand in ink to the lower edge. An attractive piece, featuring everyone`s favourite mouse, signed by his creator. Some very light, minor age wear, otherwise VG Mickey Mouse made his debut in the cartoon Plane Crazy in 1928, whilst his friend Butch, a creation of Disney animator Floyd Gottfredson, appeared in the Mickey Mouse Daily Strip in late 1930.

The Decca Records publicity portrait has been signed by Cline in blue fountain pen ink across a light area of the image. Also signed (`Sincere Thanks, Patsy Cline`) in bold blue ink to the verso, alongside signatures of three of her musicians (?). Cline has further added the name (`Patsy Cline Fan Club`; effectively a third signature) and address of her fan club to the verso, also providing details of the annual subscription. Signed photographs of Cline are extremely rare following her tragically early death at the age of 30 in an air crash, and this is a particularly desirable example. McCartney and Starr have signed the centre of the notepaper with their names alone. Annotated in red ink in an unidentified hand at the head with the name of the recipient, Ann Firth, and also annotated and dated 12th December 1963 at the base. Some light creasing, otherwise VG Provenance: Obtained in person by the owner of the Hylands Hotel when McCartney and Starr checked out on the morning following the first Beatles concert at the Futurist Theatre, Scarborough, on 11th December 1963. The owner of the hotel presented the vendor, Ann Firth, with the signatures when she and her parents, who were friends of the owner, visited the hotel at Christmas 1963.
