A Victorian rosewood and brass bound travelling toiletry box, the hinged lid opening to reveal mirrored interior with green leather and velvet lined compartmented interior, fitted with twelve silver gilt jars and boxes, each with all-over engraved decoration and initialled cartouche, hallmark for Thomas Diller of London, 1847, the brass lock stamped J Bramah of 124 Piccadilly, the whole in original leather outer case, w.36cm, d.27cm, h.17.5cm Condition Report / Extra Information Outer leather case tired, very worn and coming apart at some seams, fine split to top from left to right, colour good and consistent. All brass complete but tarnished in places.Hinge good.Interior generally very good, with light age wear only.Two veneer losses to inside of top edge.One glass bottle with small chip to bottom corner.One circular small jar chipped to rim (not visibly when cover on).Silver and gilt areas are excellent, no real tarnishing. Inner pull-out trays complete and very good.Bottom fixed tray with small area of damage to velvet.No key present.

Plui d'or, oil on canvas, signed and dated 1902 lower right, titled lower left, 55 x 70cm Condition Report / Extra Information Original canvas and stretchers.Paint good and stable, no craquelure or breaking out.Has hung high on a landing of a damp old house in Newmarket for many years which has stopped the paint drying out.The whole is slightly grubby with traces of damp in areas.Would benefit from a light clean.
Alfred Fontville de Breanski (1877-1957) - Cattle watering in a Highland Loch at sunset, oil on canvas (re-lined), signed lower right, 50 x 76cm Condition Report / Extra Information Paint good and stable, no breaking out but some craquelure to upper left.Re-lined.Canvas fairly clean but with very light varnish.Frame with moulding loss near top.
A Persian woollen blue ground carpet, the central field decorated with interlocking stylised flowers and foliage, within multiple trailing tramline borders, 310 x 485cm Condition Report / Extra Information Areas of wear with splits to edges.Fringed ends with losses.Overall in used condition with light wear in some areas, consistent with use.
