A WWI 1:20,000 map of Vaire Wood, Northern France dated 22/6/18 and 24/6/18 with hand annotated machine gun, trench mortar, heavy field gun and light field installations. The lot also includes an aerial photograph of Hamel Wood and Accroche Wood dated 25/6/18. This area was the location of The Battle of Hamel on 4 July 1918, shortly after the annotations were made
A mid 19th century Japanned table cabinet raised on a giltwood stand over toupie feet. Decorated on a black lacquer ground with chinoiserie landscapes and opening to reveal a bank of four drawers, 53cm high, 46cm wide, 38cm deep. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Some craqualure and slight loss to the surface decorations. Light wear and chipping throughout. Key lacking. Doors have experienced some movement and now the fit is tight and slightly misaligned.
A pair of early 19th century Cantonese plates. Finely potted and each enamelled with figures in landscapes under borders of flowers and butterflies. One with a maiden playing a flute, the other depicts a maiden with two small boys, 20cm diameter. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Both with a hair crack and light wear.

Colour good with minor marking and very light water damage. No key. Some natural splits to the backboard. Although the bottom drawer front has different figuring to the rest, its construction and age appear to be the same.
A pair of Victorian Benson style brass twin branch rise and fall ceiling lights each with vaseline glass shades, 55.5cm wide. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Shades in good condition. Free from chips and cracks. They are currently lit in the saleroom be the wiring is not tested so any buyer would be advised not to light the lamps before they have been tested. The brass is in good order and the rise and fall mechanism functioning.

Circa 1880 Purple Silk Day Dress, with long sleeves, smocking detail to the round collar and waist, gathered trims to the skirt, bustle back, trimmed with purple and blue patterned wool, bears a makers label 'A Potts Alnwick'; Circa 1890/1900 Black Figured Silk Two Piece, comprising a fitted jacket with long sleeves, wide appliquéd trims to the cuffs, shoulders and sleeves, cream modesty panel with floral trim, bears a label 'A & F Alexander, West Hartlepool', and matching two tier skirt with trim to the centre (2)Purple dress; discolouration under both arms. Hooks and eyes repositioned on the bodice. Overall wear. Black silk two piece - some light wear overall. Modesty panel worn and slightly discoloured. Possibly some alterations to the bodice.

Cream silk purse - some staining around the top, and light brown stain near to one of the cockerels. Cloud collar/bib - some discolouration and slight wear.

Possibly a couple of pierced areas to sticks have been repaired. Couple of very small and light stains to the mount. Slight wear to the case.
