1880 ½d stone (SG 19) lower left corner block of twelve showing plate number '1', one stamp hinged the others u/m, and 1883-1904 ½d dull green (SG 21), right marginal block of sixteen with light overall gum toning, three stamps hinged the others u/m, both neatly written up on album pages, the latter showing broken frame line on the 2nd stamps of the 2nd and 3rd rows

1924-33 Badge of St Helena 1½d rose-red, a single and two horizontal pairs (one from lower left corner) varieties Broken mainmast, pos. 2/1, Torn flag, pos. 4/6 and Cleft rock, pos. 5/1 (SG 12a, 12/b and 12/c respectively), the single fresh and fine large part o.g. , the Torn flag with two tiny black ink specks on the face (u/m), the Cleft rock with light diagonal bend and perf separation at left, large part o.g. being with just a trace of being hinged, despite the faults a nice trio of varieties, cat £460+
1918-19 2c brown-orange, 3c deep green and 5c bright magenta overprinted 'WAR STAMP' (type 54), each with Double overprint also 2c and 5c with Inverted overprint (SG 330a,b, 332a, 334a,b), the 2c (double) used, the others large part o.g. or (5c) o.g., the 2c and 3c with light overall gum toning, cat £322
1894-96 30pa bright mauve and green lower right corner block of 48 (6 x 8), showing variety 'US' damaged at foot, pos. 5/5 (SG 41/a), with plate number '3' in lower margin and crayon ms 5/ in right margin, light bend through the bottom two stamps in the right hand column and perf separation between stamps 6 and 7, otherwise very fresh and fine u/m, a lovely large positional multiple
1912-20 3s slate-green (SG 66), complete sheet of thirty (6 x 5) with full margins, light overall gum toning (heavier towards outside of sheet) and small tone spot on gum of the left stamp of the third row, perf separation in margins and between stamps 3 and 4, light gum bends/wrinkles and a diagonal crease on the lower left stamp, the stamps u/m with lovely colour, a few faults in the margins still an attractive and rare complete sheet, cat £2,850+
