A Cased Silver and Enamel Lady's Dressing Set, by Henry Matthews, comprising; a pair of hat pins, six buttons and three buckles, each with blue guilloche enamel frames with laurel decorationThe set is in good condition with very light wear to the enamel. It is hallmarked with maker's mark 'HM', for Henry Matthews, Birmingham, 1910. Condition Report made 31st October 2017.
Late 19th / Early 20th Century Chinese Embroidered Silk Short Jacket, vibrant colourful design of birds and flowers; together with a 20th Century Chinese Black Satin Short Jacket, the fabric woven with iridescent flowers in pink, turquoise and gold, labelled 'Ying Tai Co Hong Kong'; and a Mid-19th Century Printed Light Weight Wool Shawl, cream centre with meandering sprigs of flowers, a deep border of mainly paisley boteh, the designs being in raspberry, green and blue, fringe to all sides, 150cm by 150cm (3) Both jackets in good order. Shawl has one 6'' tear to one border plus another 2'' tear.
Nameplate BLANDFORD, stamped 'RH' (right hand) verso complete with West Country Class scroll stamped 'A5434 W6564AJ' verso (both repainted fronts, ex-loco rear) together with a reproduction shield and 34107 smokebox numberplate. This set was carried by the Southern Railway West Country Class 4-6-2 un-rebuilt light pacific BR 34107 built at Brighton Works and completed in April 1950. This nameplate was carried from new until October 1952 when the loco was renamed Blandford Forum. New to Bournemouth in 1950 it was withdrawn from Exmouth Junction in September 1964 and scrapped at Birds, Morriston.

1920s Long Sleeved Gold and Black Lamé Silk Jacket, of foliate design, hemline dipping longer to centre back, unlined, with matching separate shaped collar; together with 1920s Gold Lamé Long Sleeved Jacket, side button fastening, and a 1920s Lamé Silk Jacket, with long sleeves, black ground with floral designs in green, plum and gold, stitched detail to rear of neck (3)Gold and Black lame jacket - generally sound, shawl collar is badly tarnished. Gold jacket - has some alterations to the neck and is it badly tarnished overall. Coloured jacket - light weight, unlined, generally sound.

Mid-19th century lilac quilted heavy weight petticoat, cream and chocolate brown pattern interior, main quilting to bottom third of garment edged in a coarse dark cream tape matching the tape gathering at the waist; 19th century plain dark lavender taffeta silk skirt, tape ties to each side, cream cotton waistband; and a tiered white cotton summer petticoat, printed with grey square designs, tie gathering for waist, fastening to centre back (3)Quilted petticoat - back seam has some cotton that needs re-securing, hem worn, slight fading to centre front, stain at right hand side hip level. Dark lavender skirt - waistband possible later, some light staining to fabric. Cotton petticoat - several small holes in fabric frill needs re-securing.

Some black spotted marks particularly evident in the lower section. Frame with various chips and losses and scratches. General signs of wear and tear throughout
A circa 1930 William Moorcroft "Moonlit Blue" pattern jar with screw cover, tube lined with stylised trees in a landscape picked out in powder blue on a deep blue ground, bears signature and stamps and no 965 to base, signature and stamps to interior of cover, 11 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Appears basically sound with no signs of hjidden restoration under ultra-violet light, however one small blemish approx .5 - 1 mm across, probably in firing to the left of the tree to the lid - see images and one small chip to the glaze on the shoulder hidden from view when lid closed, re-painted, touched up, some slight crazing to the glaze particularly to the pale blue, visible only upon very close inspection. Some firing cracks to the thread of the screw fitting replicated to the interior of the lid where there are some minor chips and possibly slight re-painting, though this may be original to the piece - see images for further information
A Cypriot iron age pottery ewer or Oinochoe of globular form with roundel decoration, 25 cm high and a similar near matching urn with two side handles raised on a circular foot bearing label to underside "Cyprus 800 BC", 18 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Twin handled pot - numerous chips to the rim and to the handles, various scratches to the body, deep scratches chips etc. Some dark staining, rocks slightly on the foot, looks to be an impact mark to the lower body but no repair visible under UV light. Large chip and loss to the foot - has been re-glued - see images. To the ewer - a large chip/loss to the rim, body appears to be stained dark, various chips and scratches throughout. Mottled effect to the lower deep chip and also to the body, various general signs of wear and tear conducive with age and use to both items - see images for further details. Provenance: Collected by Humphrey Neame, prominent eye surgeon of Harley Street in the 1940's at which time he visited/was involved with digs in and around Cyprus, believed to have been acquired at this time.

Small nibbles to the rim, light scratches throughout. Some small dark dotted type marks including one which mught bea kloss to the glaze. Others may be just firing faults. Some damage to the foot with a couple of chips and one with losses to the glaze. Various general signs of wear and tear throughout

A pair of Lalique glass wild oat or barley decorated trumpet shaped vases raised on a circular foot, inscribed to base "Lalique France", 16.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS One vase with very small nibbles in one area to the rim. The rim also looks slightly scratched, some light scatching to the body and to the base of the foot. The other vase with some light scratching to the body and to the base of the foot. Some minor faults to the glass but assume this was when it was made. Both vases various general signs of wear and tear throughout.

ARTHUR WILDE PARSONS (1854-1931) "Coming home to port", watercolour, signed and dated 1915 lower left CONDITION REPORTS Clouds appear in the sky appear to be ever so slightly yellowed. There is a scratch to the paint slightly above and to the right of "1915". There is some water staining to the left hand corner. There appears to be a fine pen type mark to the sea to the right hand corner. There is a slight brown blemish to the sea underneath the twin sails on the horizon. Some light scratches.
