G Little Gilt impressed logo to underside of flap.
REELS: (4) Grice & Young 3.5" wide drum trotting reel in black crackle finish alloy, side lever check, correct foot, retains most original finish, Abu Cardinal 33 spinning reel, foot stamp 741200, fully working, most finish, Mitchell 408 baby spinning reel in light metallic blue, alloy spool, good and an Allcock Felton X-wind reel, silver black finish, 2 part bail arm folding handle good with spare spool.
REEL & SPOOLS: (4) Hardy Marquis Salmon No.2 alloy fly reel, internal metal check, correct ribbed brass foot, backplate tension regulator, light wear to outer rim otherwise generally good, in maker’s padded zip case plus 3 spare spools, all with lines, in Sport Fish padded multi reel carrier.

REEL, HANDBOOK & PATENT: (3) Allcock Stanley threadline casting reel, black finish production model with Bakelite spool, lacking drum screw otherwise good, in distressed original box, c/w “Light Casting For All” handbook, 9th edition, relating to the Stanley reel and a rare original card Patent specification for the Stanley original prototype, all the above items given by Walter Stanley prior to his death to the vendor, a Bewdley tackle shop owner.

ROD: Hardy CC de France 7` 2 piece Palakona trout fly rod, No.B15682, agate butt/tip rings, snake intermediates, gold close whipped, light crazing to varnish, nickel ferrule, wood stopper, keeper ring, light alloy upper sliding ring, fixed butt cap, good, in MOB and Hardy bamboo outer tube, lacking leather cap.
British Commemorative Medallions (2) bronze d.76mm: A cased pair of QV Epping Forest Medals 1882 by Charles Wiener of Brussels, two of the same to display both obverse and reverse in the case, both GEF but with light edge bumps, the case with gilt inscription, exterior with heavy wear serviceable (case sold as found).

Church St `The Establishment` unofficial farthing EF, Brass Guinea Coin Weight 1755 by I. Kirk F. featuring George II aVF surface flaw centre obverse, Canada Newfoundland R. & I.S. Rutherford copper halfpenny token 19thC VF, and Australia, Melbourne, Hide & De Carle penny token 1858 VF light scratches.
Rare and interesting Scottish basket hilted Cavalry back sword. Early 18th C hilt of conventional form with pierced cross guards joined at the pommel by a ring. Large bun shaped pommel. Original oak grip, one minor crack and small chip missing. Hilt pierced with hearts and circles with large O ring. The hilt is of some age and quite possibly much older than the blade. Blade 35" slightly curved single edged, fullered spear point, heavy type Infantry Officers pattern. Hilt pitted overall, blade with light rusting and a dark Patina. An impressive and extremely interesting sword in overall good sound untouched condition.
WW2 group to 1736418 L/Sgt B M Adams RA, Mentioned In Despatches 11th November 1943. Lot includes 1939-45 Star, Africa Star + 1st Army clasp, Italy Star, War Medal with MID. Original box and slip of issue, lived Epping, Essex. And original MID Certificate. Plus a book `The History of the 17th Light A.A. Regt RA 1938-1945.
