A rare Trophy Models Triumph TR2. One of Corgi‘s rarer models, these were produced in 1961 and were part of a range of five different models that were produced for Marks & Spencer. These are very difficult to find, and were expensive to produce. In a light gold coloured plated finish, with red seats, original screen and cast spoked wheels with black rubber tyres. The base plate has two holes for mounting on a plinth. GC some light chipping. See Plate 3

Grosch Hess Drag. Regt (Leib Drag Regt) No 24”, the regulation black painted steel hilt with Hessian lion in panel and ribbed composition grip, in its black painted scabbard. GC, the blade good apart from light rust staining at forte (part of guard slightly bent, some wear to scabbard paint)
