Two Lowestoft saucers, painted in underglaze blue, the first with a boldly drawn garden pavilion in panelled feather border, the second painted in inky cobalt with two buildings on an island with vegetation in cross hatched border, 13 & 12cm diam, c1790 Literature: A trio of the same pattern as the first saucer in the present lot is illustrated Godden (Geoffrey A), Lowestoft Porcelains Revised Edition, 1985, plt 222. ++The first saucer with 1cm hairline crack descending from the rim at 11 o'clock which is hardly noticeable and does not detract. The second saucer with a few very light glaze scratches which again do not detract
A Lowestoft polychrome coffee cup, painted with a bird on the branch of a light brown tree growing from a pierced rock and with two bright pink fruits to one side, with iron red and purple flower and double line inner border, 6.5cm h, c1780-c1790 ++Almost imperceptible 2 or 3mm long hairline crack just to the left of the handle but a most attractive cup
A Swansea six-cup egg stand, of oval shape with gilt handle and on flared foot enamelled with an all over pattern of cornflower heads, 15cm h, c1814-1826 ++Stand - handle cleanly broken off and glued back into position. Some localised light crazing of the glaze. One egg cup damage. Some of the others with slight wear to the gilding on the rims
A Coalport 'Coalbrookdale' floral encrusted tea kettle and cover, the slightly domed cover with carnation finial, the kettle applied with a profusion of brightly coloured flowers on a pale green ground gilt with festoons and with gilt scrolling handle and spout, 15cm h, c1840 ++Typical but minor light chipping of the flowers and leaves but in much above average condition and a good example. No restoration
A pair of Minton Aesthetic Movement vases designed by Dr Christopher Dresser, of bottle shape on trompe l'oeil stands, painted in impasto colours with primroses and other flowers on a turquoise ground, the flared neck with gilt collar, 22cm h, faint impressed marks, c1869 Minton Shape no1382. ++Typical, mainly light localised crazing of the glaze where more thickly applied. Slight wear to the gilding in places but attractive. No restoration.
A Vienna apricot ground coffee can, painted in light blue monochrome with two sprays of flowers beneath a gilt rim and with angular handle, 6cm h, impressed 94, incised 47, painted shield in underglaze blue and painter's no 35 in blue enamel, c1800; a Meissen coffee can, Marcolini period, painted with roses and forget-me-nots and inscribed Wandle auf Und, the rim gilt, painted crossed swords and * in underglaze blue; a 'Vienna' cobalt ground coffee can painted with a bacchanal and gilt (3) ++Vienna coffee can - in fine condition with light wear to the gilding on the rim. Meissen coffee can - handle restored. 'Vienna' coffee can - in fine condition.
A pair of Bourdois & Bloch floral encrusted jars and covers, decorated with swags and painted in Meissen style with loose bouquets and scattered flowers, the domed covers with boy or girl finial, 43cm h, painted crossed swords mark in underglaze blue, c1890 ++Typical mainly light damage, no restoration.

A pair of Edward VII tankards, with slightly tapered drum and domed lid having bifurcated thumbpiece and scrolling handle, on moulded foot, 16cm h, maker MF, possibly Maurice Freeman, London 1904, 50ozs ++In good condition with light wear, the odd scratch and minor dent but no repairs, the marks, except the maker's mark, very good
An Irish George III waiter, engraved with a wide band of rocaille in reeded rim and on three engraved feet, 27cm diam, by Robert Breading, also marked for Clarke & West, Dublin, c1807, 19ozs ++Some slight play in the fields being evidence of an erasure, the engraving probably contemporary, no damage or repairs, only light overall wear but attractive
A Victorian teapot and milk jug, of compressed circular design with beaded prow lip, teapot 11.5cm h, by C T & G Fox, London 1878, 31ozs ++The lower part of the body of the jug with a large shallow dent, the jug also with numerous light old scratches around the widest part of the body. No repairs, the marks practically as struck
An Irish George I porringer, with cable girdle and chased with a scaly cartouche between bands of stamped ornament, the lower body lobed and fluted, 7.5cm h, maker - * W, perhaps John Williamson, Dublin, c1730, 4ozs ++A light erasure from the oval cartouche but no damage or repairs, the marks slightly rubbed, apparently no date letter
A George III chamberstick, the circular pan with beaded rim, having nozzle and conical extinguisher, 7.5cm h, by Robert Makepeace and Richard Carter, London 1776, 7ozs 10 dwts ++Old repair to the underside of the handle on the pan, general light wear and minor knocks and dents, the extinguisher apparently unmarked
A set of six George III Hanoverian pattern tablespoons and a set of five George II Hanoverian pattern dessert spoons, these later gilt, both bottom marked, both London, maker's mark rubbed, 1760 and by Paul Callard, 1757 respectively, 20ozs ++In good condition with light wear, the later gilt spoons also engraved probably c1900 with the initials MH
