Slightly curved steel singled edged blade, un-fullered, with flat spine. Complete with original polished leather scabbard with brass fittings. Other than the blade makers name to the spine, there appears to be no other marks. Approximately 73cm in the scabbard, blade length 57cm. Condition: generally good. Normal light service wear to the brass handle, plus some light track marks and scratching to the blade. A Hitler Youth style scout knife, with associated scabbard. Nickel plated pommel and cross guard and chequered plastic grips. Steel blade marked C.JUL.HERBBERTZ SOLINGEN at the ricasso.
