Boxed with Hudson Dobson applied label. Some fading to box lid. Vehicle GC-VGC. Some light wear/rusting to tank. One of only a few known to exist. Plate. See front cover.

Together with Carriage Prints, qty 5 `Travel In` series by Hamilton Ellis comprising: Burton & Ashby Light Railway; Furness Railway Ulverston; North London Railway for Broad Street; Blackpool & Manchester Train; Lancashire & Yorkshire Liverpool Express; West Lancashire Railway Train. The first one is loose, the rest are with the original glass. The original frames are loosely wrapped and accompany. Accompanying this lot is a pair of C/I Carriage Data plates and one other circular plate.

Totem, BR(S) TWICKENHAM, H/F. Ex LSWR station between Richmond and Staines, opened by the London & Windsor Railway in 1848. Famous for the Stadium being home of English Rugby. In virtually mint condition and the only light green half flanged totem known to exist.

The Yale & Towne Mfg Co., Ltd. double - sided, alloy Advertising Sign in the shape of a giant Yale Key. Measures 31½" in length and retains 80% of original, light brown paint on one side, silver paint the other. Most unusual and undoubtedly used over the door of a Locksmith. Together with an Enamel Advertising Sign `Very, Very Good Shoes, Swan And Health Brands At Howcrofts Fold Street, 1st Turning Left` (with pointing hand). Curved to fit lamp posts, white and black lettering on a dark blue and green ground. Measures 10" x 10" and is in excellent condition. Possibly from Wolverhampton.

Worksplate Fried Krupp Locomotivfabrik Essen, Germany 1953 No. 3057. Rectangular brass, ex SAR 3` 6`` gauge Class S2 0-8-0 No. 3792. One hundred of this class were built specifically for light harbour work in Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Not popular with crews because of poor steaming nature. All were withdrawn by 1983.

GWR 3 aspect brass collared Handlamp complete with original reservoir fitted with a BRW burner. Stamped on the side with company initials, the lamp is totally unrestored. Comes with a pair of brass cased Signal Indicators, one showing a home signal arm (case loose) the other showing ‘No Light’ and a Wooden Telephone with bakelite earpiece, fixed mouthpiece and bell beneath. Ex Ryford Signal Box. Together with a Midland Railway saltglaze Inkwell marked on the top ‘MRCo’ and a BR(M) totem shaped Capbadge ‘Porter’, also ex Ryford.
