The poster is not under-sized (27 1/4" x 40 3/4"), is clear not cloudy in the bottom right corner and has no false printed foldlines. 27 1/4" x 40 3/4" (69.3 x 103.5 cm)Condition: GoodLinen-backed with some restoration, mostly to light foldline wear and this has been carried out to a high standard.£1,000 - £1,500M

Artist: Unknown ArtistAn important British horror film poster. "City Of The Dead" was written and produced by Milton Subotsky who shortly after this production co-founded Amicus Productions, Amicus specialising in the horror genre in competition with Hammer. Hammer stalwart, Christopher Lee was recruited for "City Of The Dead", the film set in New England, America but shot entirely in the UK. Unusually for horror film posters of the time, the "City Of The Dead" Quad presents a photographic rather than Artwork based design. Coupled with the eerie blood red title script, however, this makes for a striking and effective piece of cinema poster advertising.30" x 40" (76 x 102 cm)Condition: ExcellentUnrestored and in scarce unfolded form with light creasing to some rim areas but overall in excellent condition.£400 - £500M
