Follower of Alfred de Breanski (1852-1928) - The old mill at Brora Sutherland, oil on canvas, 49 x 78.5cm. Inscribed to stretcher. Eight small patch repairs verso, with small areas of overpaint to obverse. Paint good and stable, no crazing or breaking out. Would benefit from a light clean. Frame with minor losses to extremities.
A Victorian style white painted pine round cornered square farmhouse kitchen table, on turned supports, w.128cm; together with a set of eight white painted beech wheelback kitchen chairs (6+2) (9). Light wear throughout.Some minor paint loss and wear (particularly to edges and feet etc).Overall structurally sound.
A Victorian tortoiseshell veneered spectacles case, 12cm; together with a tortoiseshell calling card case; and stamp box (3). Spectacle case – light wear throughout, loss of lustre/shine, light scratch to reverse approx. 2.5cm long, very small chips to top front and bottom reverse, hinge and fastener OK, red paper lining slightly peeling.

The watch is currently ticking, the date aperture alternates a full 31-day rotation, hands happily rotate and day aperture changes when hands rotate. The clasp appears in very good condition with impressed marks still crisp and vivid. The bracelet appears in good condition with only minor light surface scratches. The lugs and case sides show some signs of wear and blemishes (photographed) but generally ok. The bezel appears in good condition with no concerning issues. The crystal appears relatively unscratched. The crystal edges bear some but few very tiny nicks which are rather difficult to see with the naked eye and are not hugely concerning. Winding crown functions. This watch has not seen every-day use.

Currently ticking. Hands rotate and apertures happily change. Bezel with some small nicks and blemishes. Case sides appear in good condition with only some light surface scratches. Rubber strap appears to have been cut down but appearance is still generally good. Luminous hands slightly grubby. Movement crystal slightly scratched but overall ok.
Attributed to Christian Friedrich Zincke (German 1683/5 - 1767), Enamel miniature, Portrait of a gentleman in a blue coat with gold coloured waistcoat, 4.25cm x 3.5cm (4.75cm high not including the loop), In a later ebonised metal frame CONDITION REPORT: The frame is probably not original to the miniature and has general light age wear. The enamel surface is messy at the edges, a few small surface scratches and a blemish in the hair.
An early 19th century Bilston enamel box, the hinged cover decorated with a fighting cock in a landscape, 5.25cm CONDITION REPORT: The top has a couple of light surface scratches and a very slight crack to the bottom right corner. Underside of the lid with a couple of slight hair line cracks to one corner but nothing serious. Base with six small chips, general wear and grazing, the left hand side of the base with some cracks to enamel. Inside with a hair line star crack to the bottom, and general wear to the internal edge where it meets the metal mount.
A late George III Bilston enamel box 'Before Marriage / After Marriage', 5cm CONDITION REPORT: The top has just a few light surface scratches and a thin surface chip to the back edge - the underside of the lid with a few edge nicks and a slight crack (about 5mm) at the edge. The lid is either in good condition or colour for its age or a replacement. The base section has been glued back into the metal rim. There is a two tone powder blue and yellow patina to the surface. The underside of the base with scratches and rubbed and with old pen marks. There is a 1.25cm (approx) chip to the base on one of the pointed ends and a small hair line crack issuing from this.
Anglo Chinese School - 19th century, Two oils on canvas partly laid down, Portrait of a Chinese girl standing beside a river and Chinese girls in an orange robe, 14cm x 11cm, Framed and glazed (2) CONDITION REPORT: Both images with a craqueleur throughout, much heavier and noticeable on the figure in the orange robe than the other. Both grubby and with some blemishes to the surface. The frames with general light age wear. The figure in the orange robe appears to be indoors, the other has a landscape behind.
A pair of Chinese porcelain blue and white Prunus pattern ginger jars, early 20th century, of typical ovoid form, double concentric mark to undersides, 22cm high (one with cover) CONDITION REPORT: Generally good condition. No obvious signs of restoration. Some pitting to the inside and exterior. Unglazed foot rims. Cover pitted to underside. Some light surface scratches. Grubby and stained interiors.
A 19th century Chinese famille rose export porcelain plate, decorated with a peacock, peahen, peonies and birds, 32cm diam CONDITION REPORT: No obvious cracks or restoration. Some minor glaze chips to the rim. Pitting visible to each side. The decoration appears good however there are some surface scratches and light signs of commensurate wear.
A pair of Art Nouveau tube lined tiles in the manner of Charlotte Rhead, each rectangular panel depicting a young lady drinking tea with blue and white plates in the background and the other holding a daffodil beneath a shelf of vases and ewers, within oak frames, 41.5cm x 25.5cm overall CONDITION REPORT: Each panel is crazed throughout. The Daffodil example has been removed from its mount and a small glaze chip is noted at the bottom edge of the panel (photographed). Each appear in generally good condition with crazing throughout, some glaze imperfections including burst firing bubbles and some light surface wear (photographed). The oak frames have knocks to the edges. See additional images for clarification. No obvious signs of restoration.

One decanter with very small chip to rim. General surface scratches but nothing too concerning. No obvious clouding to either.Square decanters- One with large ground chip. Some light general surface scratching. No obvious clouding to either. Stopper fit well.
A French gilt metal miniatures box frame, of Louis XV design, the shaped frame with hinged cover enclosing a velvet lined interior with three colour print miniatures, with easel stand to back, 30cm H x 36cm W CONDITION REPORT: The frame closes with a little effort but does not sit fully flush. The metal surface has some tarnishing. Glass a little grubby, internally velvet is clean. Some light age wear to the back of the frame.
An Edwardian brass adjustable standard lamp in the Adam style, with circular base and paw shaped feet, 131cm H CONDITION REPORT: General light age wear throughout, some tarnishing and a few slight nicks but generally ok. Electrical fitting to the top is defective. Lighting lots are sold as decorative items only, prospective buyers must consult with a qualified electrician before use or installation of these items.
A Regency mahogany caned tub chair, on sabre legs, 106.5cm H CONDITION REPORT: The top of the frame has an old repaired break at each joint - please see additional images. The caning is good but is not original. general light age wear patina throughout, the castors may not be original. The cushion is not original.
An Arts and Crafts oak bookcase in the manner of Shapland and Petter, of large proportions, with three quarter gallery top above a break front centre section, with four astragal glazed doors enclosing nine shelves, on shaped bracket feet, 167.5cm x 217cm W x 30cm D CONDITION REPORT: There are adjustable shelves to the inside of the bookcase, the brackets holding them in are not original. The lower right shelf is a little tight. One of the spindles has an old break and one does not fit fully into its socket at the top. The left hand corner of the top is scuffed. One of the escutcheon with a slight crack. genera light age wear patina throughout but overall of a good appearance. The missing panel of glass is present along with the beading for it. One of the moulding for the bracket foot is detached but present. The size above is for the height to the very top of the piece. Please note that the bookcase / display cabinet is not very deep and would not be able to take larger size books.
An Arts and Crafts Liberty and Co style mahogany two tier occasional table in the manner of William Morris, with ring turned and tapered legs, 63.5cm H x 51cm W x 52cm D CONDITION REPORT: The table top had an old repaired split (see images) and there is a lesser hair line crack to the one side of this. Neither are immediately noticeable from the top but can be seen from the underside. One of the turned spindles is repaired and some of the others are glued back into their joints. General light age wear patina throughout.
