A 1950's Queen Anne style Walnut finished Cocktail Cabinet by G & F Gold Feather Products with fall front and automatic lifting lid, opening to reveal mirrored back, base and fall with automatic light over a pair of opposing single moulded panel doors on carved shoulder cabriole legs, 28 1/2'' wide x 46 1/2'' high x 16'' deep.
Attributed to Paavo Tynell (1890-1973) - A set of eleven 1950s brass ceiling lights with pierced holes, each of circular form with a gallery rim and central down-light with zig zag edge to hold the fittings (six pendant fittings), diameter 25.5cm Provenance - Bonhams 'Savoy Sale' lot 144, 18th - 20th December 2007.

A rosewood framed needlework topped footstool, raised on carved cabriole legs to scroll feet, a mahogany Pembroke table and a three tier bamboo effect yellow painted occasional table with three quarter galleried brass top CONDITION REPORTS Yellow table - various small scratches etc to top, some chips to edges, some light scratches and small chips throughout but generally good. Footstool - some loose threads to needlework, some fading, some dirty marks, some scratches and chips, generally OK. Both with general wear and tear.
A quartetto set of mahogany occasional tables with bamboo style turned supports CONDITION REPORTS Height of tallest table approx 67cm. Smallest table - damage to back right corner, small scratches and impressed marks throughout, rickety on base. Next table - some small chips, losses, scratches, impressed marks etc and slightly rickety on base, 2nd largest table is a darker colour, some light scratches, marks, small chips etc throughout, largest table - ring marks to top, some small chips, scratches etc throughout. All table with general wear and tear, and all tables slightly rickety on bases.
A box containing a 19th Century pierced fan, a plastic fan, a green shagreen covered cigarette case, a green shagreen covered powder compact, a pink shagreen style powder compact and a modern dragonfly decorated address book CONDITION REPORTS Please note that the carved ivory box has been withdrawn from this lot. The ivory fan - the silk ribbon is completely broken, there is some light wear to the painting on each strut. The plastic fan - some areas of discolouration where the thread has been glued into place. Glove stretchers are cracked and stained. The green cigarette case - chagreen covering is coming away from the case especially on one hinged side, there are areas of discolouration. Both compacts have powder still inside them. The pink compact hinge is buckled at one end, although still operational. Dragon fly decorated list is missing several stones. All items have general wear, stains, etc

Dark mark above the right cockerel's tail. Mark to top left corner. Frame with various chips, marks and scratches. All over with some signs of wear and tear, but generally good.

Rabbit engraving - paper is very yellowed and foxed, some marks to mount, some scratches to frame. Man on bench engraving - paper is very yellowed and dirty and some foxing, some light scratches to the frame. Seated lady - very discoloured, losses of paint, poor condition, and frame with various losses, chips, scratches. Allsley Park engraving - paper yellowed, foxed, discoloured, frame with chips and wear. Church engraving - slightly yellowed paper, frame with considerable chips and damage. Christ Church engraving - slightly yellowed paper, frame with some chips, scratches etc. Church with clock tower engraving - yellowed paper, frame in poor condition. Floral print - yellowed paper, chips etc to frame. Whitehall engraving - paper is foxed, yellowed etc, various marks and stains, frame has wear and scratches. All pictures have wear and tear.

Owl has sticker Lalique Paris and is etched Lalique France to the base - condition generally good. Water bird is marked Lalique France to base - condition generally good. Mermaid is marked Lalique France to base - condition - some light scratches but generally good.

Dawn Gold - generally good, some small dark marks to the mount and some chips to the frame. Summer grass - has some dark marks to mount, some chips, scratches and losses to frame. All three items some general wear and tear.

Another plate has a small chip. Another plate has small chip to underside. Rest of plates all have some small chips. Slightly dished plate has some yellow stains. Large dish has a large chip.
Waterloo, 1815, Troop Serjeant Major, Chelsea Pensioner, service in North America, TRP. SER. MAJ. R. AYSCOUGH 13TH REG. LIGHT DRAGOON, neatly impressed, with replacement silver suspender and bar, with iron cross pin, the bar very neatly engraved in cursive script Rt AYSCOUGH TRP SERJT MJR 13 LD on each side, some surface pitting, Fine; Rob Ayscough confirmed on roll. Later, by 25th March 1819, a Chelsea Pensioner, where it is recorded that he was born c1774 and had served in Canada (though his name does not seem to appear on the roll).
