A small George IV mahogany folding artist's folio stand with a pair of hinged lath panels on trestle end supports with reeded inverted sabre legs with lion's paw castors. 69 cm wide x 43 cm closed x 110 cm overall height.The stand is surprisingly sturdy and stable, the frame does show some knocks, dents and other age related patina.It would benefit from a wire wool and light wax.The two leaves locate as they should at each inclination and are held firmly by the supports.Please see the extra images.
