Album of World War photographs belonging to Corporal Basil Ward, Durham Light Infantry, includes a few photographs and postcards from Egypt and Italy but is mainly of service in Germany immediately post war particularly of Berlin, showing the aftermath of the battle there, damaged German and Russian armoured vehicles, battle damaged land marks such as the Reichstag building, Brandenburg gate, Franco Prussian War Victory Column, etc, also photos of the Allied Victory parade in Berlin of British, Russian and American troops, loose photos also included, a fascinating collection of historical photographs, together with a small brass ashtray with a 'Berlin Bear' in the centre and the legend, 'A Souvenir of Germany 1945'

An early Special Air Service Regiment sand coloured beret, the beret is well worn and made from a coarse woollen material, it is 26 cm across the crown at its widest and has a black leather trim with black ribbon running through it. There are two metal grommets/air vents to one side, the inside of which is backed by a black leather rectangle hand stitched to the liner.There are no markings apparent on the black liner, even when damped down. The badge is embroidered and backed by a light brown hessian material which can be seen on the edges,no part of the beret or badge glows under a UV light. The vendor states that the beret was given to him by his mother 35 years ago in the belief that it had belonged to her father who by family repute had served in the Special Air Service Regiment in World War Two

A rare ex-shop stock collection Corgi diecast model No. 434 ' Charlie's Angels Custom Van '. Model appears mint+ in condition, being the first issue version with four-spoke wheels. Model likely untouched. Within a mint original box (some very light veining to verso flap - but NOT folded). The best version of this model we have ever come across. Rare in this form.

Model appears near mint (some light paint chips, and discolouring to the white plastic). Within it's original flat-type display box. Box appears near mint - no cracks to the top plastic, but some splits to edge corners. Unused transfer sheet included. Great vintage diecast model.
