NICK DRAKE - PINK MOON LP (ORIGINAL UK COPY - ISLAND ILPS 9184). A very well-kept original UK copy of the third, and sadly final, LP from folk enigma Nick Drake. The record (Island ILPS 9184, original 'pink rim' pressing). is in very fine and glossy Ex condition displaying only a couple of very light and minor paper hairline marks to the very clean playing surfaces. The centre labels are beautifully crisp and clean showing no spindle marks... Matrix (machine stamped): ILPS 9184 A-1U & B-1U. Housed with original blue Island inner. The original gatefold sleeve with 'Basing Street London' address is in neat VG+ condition showing some light scuffing and a little foxing - none of this is ever heavier and there are no rips, tears or seam splits. The spine is clean and fully legible.

The sleeve (with original hype sticker) is in Ex condition showing a few light creases around the edges. Without any rips, tears or seam splits and with the spine fully legible.

Wonderfully rare and clean UK produced for Kenyan export 1971 pressing of the seminal debut LP from Floyd. The record (Parlophone '2 box' EMI labels, SCX 6157) is in lovely clean Ex condition showing only a couple of very light and fine paper hairline marks to the playing surfaces and with some light wear to the labels. Matrix (machine stamped): YAX 3419-1 & YAX 3420-1. The flipback sleeve (with original sticker for Shankar Electronics Ltd, Mombasa) is in neat VG+ condition with the front very clean and sharp, with some light foxing and small sticker removal mark to the reverse. Without any rips, tears or seam splits and with the spine sharp and fully legible.

ROBERT JOHNSON - KIND HEARTED WOMAN BLUES C/W TERRAPLANE BLUES - ORIGINAL US 10" 78RPM RECORDING (VOCALION 03416). Exceptionally scarce (one of only a handful of copies known left to exist) original 1937 US 10" 78RPM recording of King Hearted Woman Blues c/w Terraplane Blues from Blues pioneer Robert Johnson. The recording is in V+ condition showing some light surface marks to the playing surfaces, though these are not heavier feelable scratches. With 'Master 2' on a label to the A side label. The labels are in clear and fully legible order. Matrix/runout: SA 2580 2-9 & SA 2586 1-5. Housed with original Vocalion 10" paper company sleeve (this is split into 2 sections).

The record (Columbia SCX 6306, original black/blue labels) is in great shape. Side 1 is Ex/ side 2 strong VG+, displays a couple of light/ hairline paper marks. Labels are bright and clean, both sides display some minor spindle marks around the centre holes. Matrix/mother stampers (machine stamped): YAX 3738-1 1 A & YAX 3739-1 1 A. The gatefold sleeve is in sharp Ex condition. Bright clean covers and a fully legible spine edge. Displays a couple of the usual minor laminate creases. A fantastic copy.

QUEEN - JAZZ LP (ORIGINAL UK WHITE LABEL TEST PRESSING - OWNED BY JOHN DEACON). Wonderful opportunity for Queen collectors with this original UK white label test pressing of the celebrated 1978 album Jazz. This copy was originally owned by John Deacon, who, before the official release of the album entrusted the records to his mother, Mollie, and his sister, Julie (the vendor's wife) so they could listen to the album before its final release. Released as 2 x single sided LPs with the track listings handwritten by John Deacon. Record 1 is in Ex+ condition showing a couple of very light and minor paper surface scuffs. Matrix/runout: YAX-5550-1U RTB-2 STERLING with LPFB 2 machine stamped to the non-playing side. Record 2 is in Ex condition displaying a couple of light and minor surface hairline marks, these never heavier feelable scratches. The acetate contains longer versions of Dance (5' 50'' on this version as opposed to 4' 22" on the commercial release) and Where The Boys Go (3' 40" on this version as opposed to 3' 28" on the commercial release). The acetate is in glossy VG condition showing some light surface marks though no heavier feelable scratches and without any deterioration to the lacquer.

A final remarkable opportunity for Queen collectors with this original UK white label test pressing of the iconic 1977 album News Of The World. It has a high gloss finish. There are some light marks and signs of use, but these look like they could be polished away. It measures 189cm long without the two leaves. The chairs are all solid with signs of use, but well made and usable.

Demetre Haralamb Chiparus, 1886-1947, The Squall, a bronze figure of an Art Deco lady, early 20th century, wrapped against the wind, with an ivory face, on a green onyx base, signed to the hem, 18cm high. Note: a non-transferable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for this item, ref GW7EWZ7VOverall condition is complete. It looks to date from the early to mid 20th century. Some chips to the stone base. The quality looks good and the bronze has a nice patina from wear/age. Some light surface marks and signs of age. Dirty. Clearly signed. Collected from a house clearance, so unrestored.

An iridescent green glass jug, probably late Imperial Roman, of tapered form with applied decoration, 21cm high, together with three other similar of varying size (4)Condition of smaller jug is quite chipped around the lip. The painted decoration is worn. The body is very light and appears to be complete. Some residue around the foot, where it looks to have been submerged in something or buried. Larger jug looks to be complete, but is worn and has a crusty residue across the surfaces, perhaps from being buried of submerged. Collected from a house clearance of a deceased estate.
