F H AYRES, LONDON; a 19th century mahogany games compendium, the hinged cover enclosing a leather folding board with bone dominoes, boxwood draughts pieces and a boxwood chess set, the detachable tray enclosing further games including bezique, tiddlywinks etc, width of case 33cm, depth 21cm.Condition Report: There is no makers stamp or name on the box, the makers name is on 'The Guide to the Compendium of Games' booklet which is in the box. There are 15 of each colour draught. Bone dominoes complete. Two dice may not be original. Game board with wear down some of the fold lines, some light wear. Six horses and three fences. Chess set complete. Case with expected age wear patina throughout, small loss to the corner of the left door. Old crack to the bottom right corner of the base. No key. ALLSOPP'S BURTON ALE; an Allsopp's Burton Ale advertising poster of the trademark Hand of Ulster, poster 62 x 54cm, overall 70 x 59cm.Condition Report: Light wear / rubbing to the edges of moth medallion details. A few light fox spots here and there but nothing heavy. Small split by the top of the 'L' of London at the bottom. The white sections outside of the oval are lightly grubby with some marks and a small watermark to the top right corner. Main coloured areas generally bright.
MONTBLANC; a fountain pen with 18K nib numbered 4810, a collection of Parker fountain and ball point pens and propelling pencils, one example with 14K nib, Sheaffer examples and a Montegrappa example with 14K nib.Condition Report: The pens have not been dip tested. The red Montblanc has been inked and nib with use. Parker has been inkied and the nib with signs of use, the body of the pen with some light scratches. Spotted Parker has been inked but only slightly. Sheaffer has been inked and nib slightly bent. Some wear to the finger section. Note - the other pen in the Parker 75 box is incomplete - no nib. The lid of the Sheaffer fountain pen and ball point are engraved with a name.

An impressive modern gilt metal twenty-four branch ceiling light with cut glass droplets and driptrays, height 136cm.Condition Report: One of the circular 'drip trays' is chipped where it sita around the candle light. The tray sits in place and from below only part of this would be visible. Many of the lustres have become detached in transit. Some of the listres with general minor wear and edge nibbles. We cannot guarantee that all lustre drops are present. Lightly dusty throughout and would benefit from a clean before use.

A late Victorian oil lamp with cranberry/clear glass shade with etched floral decoration, cranberry glass reservoir on fluted column, height including chimney 72cm. Condition Report: Shade with some small nibbles and chips around the top edge and lesser so to the bottom edge. Reservoire with some light scratches. Metal with age tarnishing and discolouration. Extra images of chips added.

LE CORBUSIER; a pair of chrome framed LC 1 easy chairs upholstered in a brown and white hide (2).Provenance: Complete with original bill of sale for the sum of £2320 from Aram.Condition Report: With Cassina markings. Minor markings to leather, light surface wear throughout, but overall good condition.
An Arts & Crafts planished copper hanging ceiling light, with four arms supporting a circular dish with embossed floral detail supporting five branches (one detached), height approx 75cm, width 54cm. Condition Report: Tarnishing and scuffs throughout, no signs of any makers marks, frayed wires, paint spots to the top.

†ALESSANDRO PIANON (Italian, 1931-1964) FOR VISTOSI; an Italian 'Pulcino' glass bird sculpture, the square shaped body in an olive green colour with internal decoration, on metal feet, with original label, height 21cm.Condition Report: Light surface wear and scratches. Slightly deeper scratch to top left edge, numerous internal air bubbles (none burst), possibly heat shrink marks/manufacturing faults to the edge of the piece ( see images).
FACON DE VENISE; a goblet with enamelled and gilt decoration to the wavy bowl, on a knop-hall, height 18.5cm.Provenance: Private Collection.Condition Report: There is a fault(natural/ during manufacturing process) to the joint, please see imag, light wear to the enamelled and gilt decorations, minor losses to the decoration, otherwise good.
