Wooden statues replicating the monolithic statues on Easter Island.Hand carved wood replicas, possibly teak. Easter Islands' most famous for its nearly 1,000 extant monumental statues,�called moai, created by the early Rapa Nui people. The moai statue carved from dark wood has eye sockets filled that are possibly bone and obsidian or coral and stone. The dark wood is 9"H. The other 2 light wood are 10.5"H and 9.75"H. A Martin Brothers stoneware teapot of squat form by Robert Wallace Martin with floral decoration, inscribed "R W Martin Southall 1878" to base CONDITION REPORTS Some light surface scratches, accretions, some firing cracks on both the top and bottom of the handle. Some areas of loss to the glaze at the base of the spout. There appears to be an old repair on the rim with the crack going from the top of the rim around underneath the handle. There is a firing crack to the underside of the lid. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for more details.

A Wemyss "Blue Bow" decorated quart mug for the Queen Victoria 1897 Jubilee, bears impressed "Wemyss" mark to base CONDITION REPORTS The mug is in the Wemyss catalogue as being produced for the 1897 Queen Victoria Jubilee. Numerous light surface scratches, accretions, discolouration in areas and crazing - mainly to the insdie - also areas to the outside. A small area of loss to the red glaze on the rim. A couple of firing cracks on the handle and what appears to be a slight loss to the blue glaze of the ribbon near the handle although this could be from the firing process. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for more details.

1979 Honda CB400N Super Dream cafe racer, 396 cc. Registration number GNA 603V. Frame number CB400N 2000185. Engine number CB400NE 2000196. The Honda CB250N and CB400N Super Dream were produced from 1978 to 1986, they were the successor to the short lived Dream model. It had a series of revisions including a six-speed gearbox and what Honda termed as European styling which resembled the CB750F and CB900F. The Super Dream was fitted with a four stroke, air-cooled, twin-cylinder engine. It had three valves per cylinder, two inlet and one exhaust, operated by a chain-driven overhead camshaft. Ignition was provided by capacitor discharge ignition with a 360° crank layout similar to many traditional British parallel twins, but with two balance shafts to reduce unwanted vibrations. Fuelling was provided by twin Keihin carburettors. The CB400N was very similar to the 250N variant, however, it differed with its larger engine capacity, twin front brake discs and a halogen front head light. The front instrument had different markings for the rev counter and speed to reflect the lower maximum engine speed and higher top speed of the 400N. The CB400N had several revisions during its production run. The launch model CB400N (1979-1980), CB400NA (1980-1981), CB400NB (1981-1983), CB400NC (1982-1985) and CB400ND (1983-1986). GNA was first registered on the 18th September 1979 and by November 2013 it was with William Wilkinson of West Lothian by which time the mileage was 21,258 miles. Over the next two years he restored and converted it to a cafe racer with a CRK kit at the cost of some £1,150 and reset the speedo so when MOT'd in 2015 it had covered only 6 miles. One presumes a full engine refresh was undertaken during this period as there are several receipts from David Silver. In April 2017 our vendor bought it with a mileage of 24 miles. He has hardly used it do to other commitments. Sold with the V5C, MOT history from 2013, CRK instruction book and various receipts.

Aldin (Cecil). Golf, published Lawrence & Bullen, 1901, chromolithograph, 28 x 34cm, framed in light oak and glazed. From the series of twelve 'Traditional British Sports'. Following the enormous popularity of his Fallowfield Hunt series (1899) and Bluemarket Races series (1901), Aldin produced Old English Sporting Pictures (1901). Similar in style to William Nicholson's An Almanac of Twelve Sports (1898), the twelve prints featured scenes of cricket, racing, golf, curling, hunting, fishing, bowls, coursing, hawking, skating, shooting and coaching.

William Tonks and Son Brass Mythical Bird Gong c1870. William Tonks and Son of Birmingham original, quality superb cast brass on oak wall mounted dinner gong with as a mythical bird, mounted on a rectangular shaped honey coloured light oak backboard, with studded border and a hook for beater beneath. The circular brass gong has a textured finish. The backboard has a brass wall hanging plate to the reverse and is impressed with the sun logo and "WT&S" for the manufacturer 'William Tonks & Son of Birmingham'. Total drop 45cm and 15cm across.
