Following the execution of Charles I this tract sets out the motives of the Christian Princes of Europe and the Estates of Europe to re-establish the monarchy in England. The final leaf contains the list of the names of 140 Englishmen in English which the High Court of Justice considered should be arrested for their involvement in the overthrow of the monarchy. The first four names listed are those of Fairfax, Cromwell, Ireton and Skipton. (1)
