A BACCARAT STYLE EIGHTEEN-LIGHT CRYSTAL AND ENAMELED GLASS CHANDELIERCirca 2000The crystal chandelier with baluster form central standard issuing the reverse painted basket above surmounted by three gilt accented crystal acanthus leaves and suspending a further reverse painted basket cut crystal composition of balustrades with ovoid center. Two tiers of nine scrolling twisted crystal arms emanate from a large footed bowl and terminate in cut crystal bowls with pendant crystals which support hand blown hurricanes with gilt scalloped edges and foliate etching. The arms joined by pendant crystal swags, surface wired to US standard. H 53 x Diam 41 inches.

The original black strings are absolutely perfect and the frame is stamped with the number 20673 It has nine rows of string trebling and a further square shaped strengthening around the centre of the string – and the original leather collar and makers leather butt cap – a superb example of an early racket which has hardly been played with and comes with full length racket cover
