One Hour Photo (2002 Psychological Thriller) - Robin Williams (1951-2014) - a Vogel Bindery bound original screenplay for the movie, by Mark Romanek. Signed to the first endpaper by Williams in black ink, adding 'Read On.' Atop a laid-in photograph of Williams in the movie. Marbled endpapers, with silver coloured tooled title to the cloth binding, and silvered page ends. Believed to be one of a very limited issue of such editions. Some light wear to the cover, otherwise excellent.

Printed on yellow stock by local printers 'Photo Mech'. Folded, corner wear. Measures 50cm x 38cm. Wizzard were an English rock band formed by Roy Wood, former member of the Move and co-founder of the Electric Light Orchestra. The Guinness Book of 500 Number One Hits states, "Wizzard was Roy Wood just as much as Wings was Paul McCartney." They are most famous for their 1973 Christmas single "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday".

The Light at the Edge of the World is a 1971 Spanish-American adventure film, directed by Kevin Billington and starring Kirk Douglas, Yul Brynner, Samantha Eggar, and Fernando Rey. It was adapted from Jules Verne's classic 1905 adventure novel The Lighthouse at the End of the World. The plot involves piracy in the South Atlantic during the mid-19th century, with a theme of survival in extreme circumstances, and events centring on an isolated lighthouse.

Ensuite, Nancy Heller, auteur et professeur d'histoire de l'art, nous parle des Sling-Shots en particulier.« Je l'ai découvert comme cela, par hasard, en cherchant des artistes pour l'exposition de la 9ème rue. J'ai tout de suite vu qu'il n'était que peu influencé par les « grands », qu'il était nettement différent. Il y avait dans son travail des éléments d'une audace extraordinaire, la recherche de quelque chose de nouveau qui n'était pas la continuation de ce que de Kooning et Pollock avaient amorcé. Il y avait chez lui des éléments que l'on connaissait, son emploi du collage par exemple. Picasso et tant d'autres après lui l'avaient employé, mais l'usage qu'en faisait Rauschenberg était plus grandiose, plus surprenant, davantage fondé sur les choses qu'il trouvait dans la rue. Cela rappelait un peu Schwitters, mais chez Schwitters, tout était menu alors que Rauschenberg, pour sa part, allait jusqu'à employer des aigles empaillés et mêmes des chèvres empaillées. Il allait infiniment plus loin que tous les autres avant lui dans l'emploi d'éléments étrangers à la peinture. C'est un grand précurseur qui a eu, je crois, une influence énorme sur les générations suivantes. »Rauschenberg regardait autour de lui, la vie, son quartier, les bas-fonds de Manhattan, la misère et les détritus, et c'est cela qu'il voulait montrer : la vie telle qu'elle est. Robert Rauschenberg a cette idée que le monde en guerre doit être réformé par l'art.
