No other faults - in good condition.

Henry Barnabus "Harry" Bright (British, 1846-1897), Winter Scene with a Robin watercolour, signed lower right, plain gold frame 11¼ x 8in. (29 x 20.4cm.) Provenance: St Helier Galleries Ltd, Jersey* Condition: Good condition, with light surface dirt and dirt beneath glass. Colours remain strong. Acidic mount which is badly foxed.
Edmund John Niemann RA (British, 1813-1876), View from a rocky outcrop over an extensive river landscape oil on canvas, 19th century style swept frame 29¼ x 49¼in. (74.3 x 125cm.)* Condition: Has been relined in the past 20-30 years. Remains in good condition - the canvas is largley smooth (although the lower left corner should ideally be adjusted with pegs) and the frame (which is a modern, 19th century style swept frame ) is in good condition. The paint has a light, even craquelure. There is one tiny paint flake missing from the top centre near margin and there is minor paint lifting at the top left corner. When examined under UV, there is scattered and fairly extensive retouching visible across the canvas, most notably to the margins of the sky - this is actually visible without UV as well, as it has discoloured over time.
Florence Payne (British, late 19th century), Interior of Christchurch Cathedral, Oxford watercolour, heightened with body colour, signed, inscribed and dated verso 'Christchurch Cathedral Oxford Florence Payne Sept. 1887' 13¾ x 9½in. (35 x 24.2cm.) *Condition: Good condition - good colours, possible light mount wear to left margin, no other faults visible, modern frame with gilt mount.
Deborah Jones (British, 1921-2012), 'Still Life with Dolls and Books' oil on canvas, signed and dated 1975 in Roman numerals to envelope lower left, titled to gallery label verso, in swept frame 20 x 30in. (50.8 x 76.2cm.) * Provenance: Alexander Gallery, Whiteladies Road, Bristol * Condition: Two light surface scratches to upper and lower right. Probable overpainting along entirety of upper margin (surface of paint is matt in this area). Otherwise good condition.
Bennett Oates (British, 1928-2009), "Flowers in the Alcove" oil on panel, signed lower centre and dated (19)84, late 20th century swept frame 24 x 20in. (61 x 50.8cm.) * Provenance: Bears two labels for E. Stacy-Marks Ltd, Eastbourne, one inscribed with artist, title and date 18-12-84 * Condition: Ten (approx) small paint losses across surface, although surface appears to be stable. Painting would benefit from a light clean.
A Chinese watercolour scroll painting, probably Qing, 19th century, on a later silk scroll, depicting scholarly retreats in a majestic mountain landscape, signed and dedicated and with two red artist's seals, 52½ x 13in. (133.3 x 33cm.). * Condition: Appears to be an older painting which has had some restoration and has been remounted onto a later silk backing in the mid-20th century. Sharp edged crease to centre right of sheet. Large 2.5 x 1in patch of restoration to paper with repair patches to margin at right of signature, two other much smaller patches below and another small patch below lower seal mark. Two small patches of restoration to centre of painting (one to a small worn hole, one to an insect mark) - two other insect marks to surface of paper to left and below these patches. Two other larger restored patches to centre in lower half of painting. A little light foxing.
An 18th century Chinese porcelain famille rose verte punch bowl, enamelled with a village in a mountainous landscape, beside a lake with a single boat, raised on a circular foot, 9 3/8in. (23.75cm.) diameter. * Condition: Glaze loss and chips around the rim. A little scratching to glaze to inside of bowl. Light gilt wear to decoration. No other faults.
A Chinese export lacquered twin compartment tea caddy, 19th century, of octagonal form, decorated with alternating reserves of figures in interior and exterior settings and floral designs, atop a gilt floral band, the hinged cover with gilt-painted reserve depicting figures in a exterior setting, the rim with floral decorated reserves, opening to reveal twin metal canisters, etched with repeating stylised and floral design, the central raised circular covers opening to reveal inner lids with ivory knop finials, 7½in. (19cm.) long. *Condition: The middle left hand side reserve of main carcass, having decoration loss to front edge, light gilt loss to each edge of main carcass, the hinged cover with decoration loss to back high edge above hinge area, further gilt loss to high edges, overall fair/good, inner metal canisters with crumpled bodies and splits, tape repair to lower edge on one.
A Japanese red lacquer box, 20th century, of shaped rectangular form, the hinged cover decorated with relief mother-of-pearl figures in a landscape within a shaped reserve, the main with floral sprays, lid underside with 'H Marquis' Paris retailer, signed, 7in. (17.8cm.) long. * Condition: In very good condition, small nicks to edge of base, light rubbing to underside.
A Chinese soapstone mountain carving, first half 20th century, in russet, mutton fat and light ochre stone, finely carved with a large group of soldiers climbing up a rocky mountain with fir trees and spiralled clouds, on a fitted celadon, russet and purple mottled stone base, carved with a low fir tree, 6in. (15.2cm.) high, damage to one tree. * Condition: Top branch of right hand fir tree is off with some losses from connecting pieces of carving, so cannot be immediately reattached. Small chip to top of two clouds to back and some small frits and wear to lower edge of mountain and top front of base.
A Chinese porcelain oval dish, Kangxi period (1662-1722), painted with peonies in a vase on a rocky outcrop, beside bamboo and chrysanthemums, within diaper and floral spray borders, 10 3/8in. (26.4cm.) long, rim chips; together with a matched pair of small saucer dishes, probably Wanli period (1573-1619), painted with a circular floral reserve within a petalled floral and foliate border, each signed with a conch shell symbol to the base within a double concentric circle, 5 1/8in. (13cm.) diameter. (3) * Provenance: Duveen, Liverpool wax seals to the oval dish and one of the saucer dishes. *Condition: - Oval dish: Rim with one large chip (1.5cm.) and one smaller chip (0.5cm.). Minor glaze wear and light scratches to well. No other faults. - Saucer dishes: One with two chips to underside of rim and several glaze frits. The other with a few small glaze frits to rim.
A large 20th century Chinese porcelain fish bowl, polychrome decorated with water lilies and birds, having carp and seaweed to the interior, standing 16¼in. (41.4cm.) high, diameter 18¼in. (46.5cm.). * Condition: No cracks, chips or hairlines found, some very light rubbing and imperfections, having made in Hong Kong sticker.
A pair of Chinese porcelain plates, 19th century, enamelled and painted with pairs of figures on verandas in iron red, black, light green and mid-blue, with scalloped rims, iron red six character mark to base, 8in. (20.25cm.) diameter. (2) * Condition: One in good condition. The other with four small rim chips.
A Chinese watercolour scroll painting, probably early 20th century, depicting scholars and pine trees in an extensive mountain landscape, signed, inscribed and with two red artist's seal marks, 59 x 31¾in. (150 x 80.5cm.). * Condition: Some light dirt marks to edges from handling and larger patch of dirty marks to surface of paper to left of signature & inscription. Small crease top left. Otherwise good.
The First World War scrapbook of Warrant Officer (later Lieutenent) Alfred Edwin Rust who served in the Royal Engineers (Essex, Fortress Engineers, No 1 Electric Light Company, part of Harwich Coastal Defences). An excellent, well annotated album containing mainy formal and informal photographs of his comrades in arms, at work with their spotlight equipment and anti aircraft guns, and at play, relaxing at their 'hutments'. Newspaper cuttings, death announcements of comrades and officers, (one from influenza in 1918) letters from deceased friends at the front. Also his commisions, various military passes, fantastic photos of an Anti Aircraft Corps v Munition Girls cross-dressing charity football match held in February 1918, with newspaper clippings covering the event. Plus other emphemera such as cartoons and an RAF Christmas card. Linen bound, hardback, 37x27.5cm approximately 60 filled pages. A facinating historical document.
The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air - American Sitcom - autograph collection, comprising of x4 autographed 8x10" colour photographs, signed by cast members; Will Smith (Will), Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton), Karyn Parsons (Hilary) and Tatyana Ali (Ashley). All obtained in person. Signed in black, blue, silver and gold ink respectively. The Smith autograph signed in gold to a light area of the photograph. Fantastic collection from the popular American sitcom.
Harry Shearer - American Actor & Voice Actor - a full colour 8x10" colour photograph of Ned Flanders from The Simpsons (voiced by Shearer). Autograph signed neatly in black ink to a light portion.
