Attributed to Marco Ricci (1676–1730), oil on canvas - Classical Temple Ruins with Fisherman casting their nets with view of Mount Vesuvius & the Bay of Naples beyond, circa 1710, in gilt frame, 19cm x 25cm Condition report: The last two images show the picture under a UV light. Generally good condition, some slight shrinkage to the paint which has been touched-in, re-lined but many years ago. Frame has some minor scuffs.
Attributed to William Etty (1787-1849), oil sketch on panel - a seated male nude, apparently unsigned, in good swept gilt frame, 39cm x 33cm, overall size 58cm x 52cm Condition report: At some stage the painting has been restored and there is evidence of overpainting visible under a UV light. There is a crack visible from the reverse of the panel, this appears to have been restored as there is a dip visible in a certain light from the front. It is a good presentable picture and apart from a few losses to the frame has a good overall look.
Tony Robert-Fleury (1839-1912) oil on canvas - Woman knitting, signed, 42 x 33cm in pierced gilt frameCondition report: Overall a very appealing picture that is in ready to hang condition. It has not been re-lined, under a UV light there does seem to be restoration around her face, although in our opinion this does not detract from the overall look of the picture. The frame is a modern example in very good condition.

He made his fortune in the Portuguese wine trade hence the name of his impressive homeCondition report: Generally good condition. Re-lined several decades ago, the last six images show the work under a UV light, suggesting there are no significant areas of overpainting/restoration. There are slightly visible areas of cracking where the stretcher lies behind. Several losses to the frame.Provenance: purchased by the vendor circa 3-4 years ago from a collector who had owned it for at least 20 years.
