Dinky Toys - A unique, and unlisted trial / pre-production Dinky Toys Custom Van which appears to be an amalgamation of the body of Dinky Toys #416 Ford Transit Van 'Motorway Services', on the base of Dinky Toys #390 Custom Van 'Vampire'. The unboxed model in yellow with red roof light, red interior has a black plastic 'Custom Van' base, and features a series of red / black / orange transfers adorning the vehicle (very similar to those featuring on Dinky Toys Customised Land Rover), and appears to be in Good overall condition with some wear to the transfers, along with some small marks and a scuff on windscreen . Provenance - the model comes from a collection whose Vendor's family had connections to the Dinky Toys factory on Binns Road. (This does not constitute a guarantee)
