A Chinese Teadust glaze Pilgrim Vase, 20th century of archaistic eighteenth century style form with a discoid body with a central raised lotus form panel and flattened sides with a pronounced ridge in the middle, possibly a luting line, a short spreading foot and a concave neck flaring out at the top, the shoulders with rounded angular handles with ruyi shape detailing at the top and bottom, all covered in an even olive green minutely mottled teadust glaze, the foot rim dressed in dark brown and the base with an impressed six charcter seal mark of the Qianlong period (1736-1795).
