A German porcelain basket vase, early 20th century, adorned with four winged putto and decorated with flowers, underglaze blue factory Y mark, 14cm high; together with a Sitzendorf style pot pourri urn, applied in relief with putto and flowers, decorated with opposing panels of a bird on a branch and flowers, unmarked, 24.5cm high and a Coalbrookdale floral encrusted inkwell with internal liner, cover and a fixed stand, 13.5cm wide(3)German basket vase - 1 cherub wing broken and reglued, otherwise condition very good and all fingers/toes and leaves in tact. One cherub hand probably professionally restored.Pot pourri vase - one wing restored, restored chip to the mouth of vase and one restored handle. A leaf just next to the restored handle has been rebuilt and the leaf directly to the left is missing its tip. Some minor chips and breakages to petals/foliage throughout  and one small section of foliage is missing.Inkwell - the ink pot is restored and now yellowing to the interior. It has been regilded but this is patchy. There are no serious damages or repairs to the base or cover. There are some minor chips to the ends of the flower petals, the worst of which is the loss of the tip of one pink petal.

The vase is bell shaped and over 1.5 metres high. A krater is a vessel for diluting wine with water. Ok, but whitewash very worn.

A large 19th century ceramic urn, modelled as the Warwick vase, on a pedestal, the egg and dart moulded rim above a Bacchic head and fruiting vine relief moulded body, with intertwined vine branch handles, on a pedestal, each side with a relief moulded wreath, damaged and some restorations, urn 113cm wide x 66cm high, pedestal 83cm high, overall approximately 150cm high (2)Gavin Hamilton excavated the 'Warwick vase', dating from the second century AD, from Hadrian's Villa at Tivoli in 1771 and sold it to his nephew, the 2nd Earl of Warwick. The earl built a conservatory to accomodate it in Warwick Castle's grounds. In 1978 the vase was sold to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, but as it had been classified as an object of national importance, the export licence was rejected. Funds were raised to keep it in England and it is now part of the Burrell Collection in Glasgow. Unsurprisingly, since the discovery of the Warwick Vase it has been much used as a design for ceramics and silver.Urn - with old damage, including chips, including base and surface flaking. One corner of foot (15cm section) present but broken-off. Joins of handles are apparent in places, as lacking elements of 'filler'.Pedestal - Lacking elements, including all moulding of base on one side and two further sides. edges of top eroded and lacking sections. Repairs, including overlaid composition on top edges and most of two sides. Section of the inside of one side of the pedestal partially broken away.

A French gilt brass mantel clock, circa 1890-1900, with vase finial and moulded ring handles, the case cast with neoclassical mouldings and raised on four acanthus moulded feet, the 4-inch (10cm) off-white enamel dial having black Arabic numerals around a gilt metal pierced centre roundel, the eight day Japy Freres movement striking on a bell, numbered 17903 with matching number to pendulum, 39.5cm high.Case fair to good with some surface scratches and wear to plates. Moulded elements are good with some minor wear to gilding. Dial appears good. Movement winds, runs and strikes but not tested for timekeeping or longevity.
