A Chinese porcelain blue monochrome Gu vase, Wanli six-character mark, of typical form with ribbed lugs to the sides, the exterior with an all-over deep cobalt glaze, blue six character mark of Wanli (1573-1620) to the underside, unglazed foot rim, recessed base, 25cm high, presented on a carved wood base, 29cm high overall Condition Report: Stand - some surface scratching and wear but no missing sections, the vase appears to fit well on the stand but suggest these two pieces are associated. Vase - Some surface scratching and wear. There are three small patches to the body which appear to have been over-painted in black, please see the additional images provided for clarification on this.
A selection of Chinese porcelain, 19th century and later, to include three famille rose decorated Canton plates, 20cm diameter, a blue and white decorated bowl, 15.5cm diameter, a Canton ladle, 13.5cm long, a pair of Republic period style bottle vases, 7.5cm high, a Chinese cloisonne vase, 23.5cm high, an 18th century style export miniature coffee cup, 4.5cm high, and seven straits type porcelain miniature saucers, 6.5cm diameter (16) (at fault)CR: Heavy denting to the cloisonné vase. Several patches show loss to the enamel and the wirework. Heavy scratching and wear throughout. See pictures.Heavy scratching, wear and loss to the enamelling and gilt of the Canton plates throughout. There are a few chips to the borders, the largest being approximately 10mm.The blue and white bowl has a chip to the rim approx. 1cm wide, and a hairline crack running from the chip into the bowl.There is a chip approximately 1cm wide to the base of the cup, and moderate wear and loss to the gilt and enamel detail.Areas of heavy loss to the enamel of the ladle, particularly around the bowl - see pictures.There is a split to one of the miniature saucers, approximately 0.5cm wide - and heavy loss to the glazing around the split. All saucers show heavy scratching, wear and loss of detail to the decoration - pictures have been provided to illustrate.The miniature vases are in good order overall.

A Meissen twin snake handled vase, late 19th or early 20th century, from a design by Ernst August Leuteritz modelled in 1861, the ovoid body painted with floral sprays and raised on an ornate knopped domed foot, gilt highlights throughout, 2nd quality, underglaze blue crossed swords struck through, 38.5cm high (at fault) CONDITION REPORT:The piece shows minor surface wear and rubbing to the gilt highlights throughout, and two chips and an associated area of gold paint to the foot rim. The body of the piece sits slightly off vertical on the foot section.

A near pair of early 18th century oak chairs, each with a vase shaped splat over a board seat, raised upon turned baluster and block supports, united by peripheral cross stretchers, 99cm high (at fault) (2) CONDITION REPORT:Both chairs show movement in the frames and open joints. One also shows a loose panel to the seat and woodworm damage and losses to the leg structure. Both may have been reduced in height at some point in the past.

The others have no chips or cracks, but all are showing rugbbing to gilt on the edges and rims, all are showing some crazing.
