Kugelig gebauchter Korpus mit seitlich plastischen Doppelschlangenhenkeln (teils besch.) über Drachenkopf (Nasen best.). 4 kurze Rocaillenfüße auf 8-passigem Sockel. Umlaufend in bunten Scharffeuerfarben figürliche Bemalung und Ideallandschaft. Vase wohl Italien, 19. Jh. H. 35 cm. Jüngere Montage als 2-flammige Tischleuchte mit weißer Stoffpagode. Gesamt-H. 80 cm.

A Japanese Meiji period Kutani bottle vase. Decorated with birds in flight and a pair of grouse in a landscape. H23.5cm Condition Report: Overall in good condition. Hairline cracks to the base. Light pitting to the glaze, no obvious chips or restoration. Colours bright, some rubbing to the gilt, would benefit frpom a clean. Some wear to the base.
