Ruskin Pottery - A high fired vase of compressed ovoid form with a long flared collar neck, the whole decorated in a purple glaze with copper green speckling, marks removed, height 22cm. The vendor purchased this vase in the 1950s at Portobello market. He was sold this as a highly desirable Chinese flambe vase with the Ruskin oval mark being scratched out!
