DERBY; a pair of 19th century handpainted twin handled pedestal vases, decorated with roses and floral sprays, painted marks to the underside, height 23cm (2).Additional InformationThe first vase has a large chip to the underside of the rim and also two further similar smaller chips, one of the handles has been broken into numerous pieces and crudely glued back together, there are pieces of the handle missing, staining and hairlines to the body. The second vase has fine hairlines to the body and rim, wear to the gilding, light scratches, scuffs and wear.
BLOOR DERBY; a 19th century twin handled urn vase, the central panel painted with floral sprays inside gilt scrolling detail, height 23cm, and a Chamberlains Worcester pot pourri and cover, painted with roses inside gilt detail, height 10cm, diameter 12cm (2).Additional InformationThere is a fine star crack to the interior of the Bloor Derby vase, crazing, an area of restoration to the inside of the body of the Derby vase, there has possibly been a drill hole. Restoration to one of the points of the Chamberlains Worcester pot, wear to the gilding.
