An Alex Burns for Linthorpe Pottery art pottery vase, relief decorated with floral designs on a Majolica glazed ground, impressed marks and numbered 168 to base, height 48cm (af). CONDITION REPORT Chipping to foot rim, piece has been broken out of top rim, approx 1.5 x 1cm, chipping around the piece.
A 19th century Chinese tall cylindrical vase with flared rim, decorated with two dragons chasing the Flaming Pearl of Wisdom, four-character mark to the base (af), height 32cm, an unusual porcelain teapot in faceted sided form, decorated with floral panels, gilt-heightened, square lid (af, lacking handle), unmarked and six ginger jars of varying ages and sizes. CONDITION REPORT The vase has an old hairline crack which runs the perimeter of the base. The ginger jars have nibbles and cracks and the largest has various hairline cracks but is intact. The teapot is lacking the handle, as stated and there is damage to the spout.
