Chinese silver mounted baluster shaped two handled rose water sprinkler having blue and white painted decoration depicting figures in a garden, the base with Chenghua four character mark, 19.25cm high Condition: The neck collar has been attached with either a resin or plaster-of-Paris which has not been done particularly well meaning that when you look down into the vase there is a lot of excess of this fixative making it impossible to tell whether there is any damage to the original neck of the vase, there are losses to the ends of two of the white metal triangular shaped flaps that run down the side from the collar, the nature of the gilding on the two handles makes it very difficult to determine whether they have had any restoration in the past, we would recommend examining the images or studying this in person
