TWO LINTHORPE ART POTTERY VASES comprising a Clara Pringle vase, of squat baluster form with a frilled neck, decorated with dog roses on a yellow ground, impressed marks, initials for Clara Pringle, 18cm high; and a Fred Brown two handled vase, of baluster form with small loop handles and a flared neck, decorated with wild flowers on a burgundy ground, impressed marks, initials for Fred Brown, numbered 1838, (restored), 26cm high. (2)Clara Pringle vase: Fine crazing, otherwise good condition. Fred Brown vase: Restored around the entire circumference of the upper section from the shoulder point, general wear and light crazing.

A pair of Japanese Satsuma pottery baluster vases, H31cmThe vases are in overall good condition. Vase 1- there is a small chip approx 1cm around the rim of the vase, and subsequently as a result there is a hairline crack approx 3cm running down the lip of the vase, there is some crazing to the vase, some general surface scratching and marking consistent with age and use, and there is a very small hairline crack again on the lip of the vase opposite the larger crack. Vase 2 - again there is some crazing to the vase, both handles appear to be cracking, although unclear whether this has been repaired
