A silk mix prayer rug, the central panel set with vase of flowers on a dark blue ground within a stepped floral black and cream stylised floral and serpent decorated border, approx. 188 cm x 122 cm CONDITION REPORTS Appeards basically sound, tassles still extant. Some wear to the surface throughout and perhaps paling or slight discolouration though no signs of serious damage, rips tears etc.
A 19th Century continental porcelain potpourri vase in the Meissen manner the main body of gourd form relief decorated with flowers and fruit flanked by scroll work acanthus handles and figures of cherubs around the base, bears blue under glazed mark of cross batons and letter "J" and handwritten paper labels relating to "Fulder/Johan Valentin Schaum" CONDITION REPORTS Several areas of damage to the floral encrustations throughout. The lid has been heavily damaged and old repairs restored with staples. Side foliate handles with damage to extremeties. Main body sound with exception of wear to the gilding of the top, a couple of small firing cracks above handles and loss to the floral encrustations and various wear to the gilding around the base - see images for further detail. The floral spray handles have the ends missing although one of the ends is still present. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos fo rmore details.

A 19th Century Japanese Meji period bronze vase decorated with panels of peacock and hen with fighting birds amongst blossom verso, verdigris patinated CONDITION REPORTS Appears to be good quality casting though with a few minor casting faults - see images, particularly to the wing of the peacock. Slip on handles missing to sides, base has nodules protruding suggesting that it should have had further embellishments or fitted onto a pedestal with them. Base has cracks to the centre panel - see images for further detail. Height 28 cm, apparently unsigned
