A Chinese famille rose porcelain vase, enamelled in colours, a scene depicting two Bijin in a garden, to the other side, character script, to the base a red printed seal mark, considered to be Empire period 1920-1930, 19.5cm high, together with one other Chinese porcelain vase with landscape decoration in the famille verte palette, 26.5cm high (2)Condition Report: The smaller one with Bijin figures – two cracks visible on the inside, restoration to the outside and difficult to see, the other vase – blemishes to the the body from manufacturing and wear / loss to gilding on the neck handles, minor paint loss to painted landscape.
A Chinese Qing Dynasty sang-de-boeuf porcelain vase of bulbous form, shaped rim, considered to be 18th century, 22cm highCondition Report: There are manufacturing blemishes, particularly noticeable around the inner neck, there are ‘star cracks’ visible on the inside, there is also a glaze dribble inside, to the outside there are quite a few fine scratches to the glaze, deep enough to catch with your fingernail.Provenance – comes from a private vendor, they have quite a collection of Oriental ceramics, of which some have come in for auction, we hope for more items in the future. They have been collecting for decades.

Maude-Roxby" in the same hand, the price label with a later inscription in ballpoint pen "W. Morris, Chelsea 1932", 23.5cm high.
