Finely decorated in gilt and painted coloured enamels, depicting the 'Four Seasons' in bordered panels. (1) 'Geisha Girls' in Landscape with flowering cherry blossoms by a river. (2) A Pair of Pheasants in a spring landscape with narrow river running through exotic Wisteria trees to bank. (3) Figures walking down a road, to the Shogins Palace, with river and mountains. (4) Geisha Girls by a river, boats in distance flowering blossom trees above. Kinkozan / Kyoto character marks to base. Height 12.5'' - 31.5 cm in height.

The features being Weeping Wisteria in multi colours hanging over the river. Also exotic birds flying above. In the manner of Kinkozan, Kyotoi. Painted Gold characyer markes to base. 8.5'' - 21.5 cm in height. Lid missing, all other aspects of condition are excellent.
