A rare 1930's Hindenburg Zeppelin commemorative frosted glass Art Deco vase. Engraved to the front with a large representation of LZ129 Hindeburg . To the rear fins are Nazi Swastikas, and to the centre of the engraving is written ' Hindeburg 1937 '. Green frosted glass. Measures approx; 11cm tall. No breaks / damage / repairs. Very good condition.
A pair of Meiji Period Japanese satsuma ware vases with ribbon and knot decorated side handles, the main bodies decorated with exotic birds amongst blossoming foliage CONDITION REPORTS Both vases - numerous areas of the gilding has been worn. Applied detail on one of the vases has an area missing. One vase has subsantial cracks to the neck and rim on the vase with what appears to be old repair work. General wear and tear commensurate with age. There are no impressed marks or signatures to the bases of either vase - see images for further details
A circa 1900 cloisonne vase with three-toed dragon decoration on a blue ground CONDITION REPORTS Light scratches to the body throughout. Some dark marks. Looks to be a small area of damage to the vase in one small area - see images. There is some damage and flaking to the enamel on the underside of the metal rim. Approx 10.5 cm tall. Numerous surface scratches and some of what appear to be light cracks in the enamel. Some scuffs to the main body of the vase on the enamel. Some discolouration, accretions and what appear to be white paint flecks in some places. Under the neck of the vase, under the metal ring there are cracks in the enamel, possible repaiurs but unclear
A 19th Century Chinese vase stand in Eastern hardwood with pierced and carved decoration, together with various further hardwood stands CONDITION REPORTS Large stand approx 40.5 cm high. Max width approx 41 cm. Decorations to the top very loose in places and off in places. Needs some attention. Various scratches, scuffs and marks throughout. Worn pieces. General signs of wear and tear. Some joints shifting also. Some loose panels in need of some attention. General small signs of wear and tear throughout conducive with age and use.
