A Chinese bowenite vase and cover, on stand, 19th century, height 27cm excluding standCONDITION: The cover has a chip to the corner and residue glue on the interior, various bruises and wear on the outside of the cover, the main body of the vase has a natural crack from the top going down the neck to the main body of the vase both sides, one continuing through the body slightly by 2cm, there is a natural brown stain towards the base and a small crack which is part of the hardstone.

A GROUP OF JAPANESE SUMIDA GAWA RELIEF POTTERY, to include two jugs, smallest height 9cm, tallest 21cm (a/f), a pair of vases the ribbed body set with porcelain plaques, height 17.5cm and two other vases heights 17.5cm and 24cm, all depicting raised sculptured figures (6) Condition Report Small jug is ok but with small patches of glaz e loss. Smaller vase with crimped rim has damage to man's thumb and possible faults to the rim. The pair of ribbed vases have small patches of glaze loss and chips to figure's hands and the protruding ground/rocks. The tall jug has large chunk missing from the upper rim and is cracked, also glaze loss is exclusive. The tallest vase has crazing, glaze loss and an area of damage towards the base (chipped with hold into boat)
