Condition report: The tall vase has a large filled chip and firing crack, the smaller vase has a firing crack and cut through mark perhaps indicating this piece is a second.
Alan Wallwork bowl and vase both with incised `AW` monograms, (2) the vase measures 32cm high Artists` Resale Right (droit de suite) may apply to this lot. Condition report: The bowl has a long firing crack and three rim chips, the vase has a cut through monogram perhaps indicating it is a second due to small glaze blisters.
Three Minton twin handled vases the first decorated with a pate-sur-pate medallion, the other two painted with roses and blue borders, (3) 12cm high Condition report: Pate sur pate vase: restored stem join, feint body crack which does not touch the panel. Turquoise vase: overall crazing, one flake to the gilt. Blue border vase: no damage or restoration.
Four Minton vases two with twin handles and covers painted with roses, one signed J. E. Dean (lacking cover) and one other decorated in with raised gilt on a yellow ground, (6) the tallest vase measures 22cm high Condition report: The Dean vase has no cover, the blue ground vase has a hairline crack, the white ground vase has a hairline, the cover has the finial restuck and a minor rim nick. There are no damages to the yellow vase.
Wedgwood twin handled lidded vase decorated with classical figures on a Portland blue ground, impressed marks to base, late 20th century, (2) 29cm high Condition report: minor flat nick to the finial, minor chip to the white applied border decoration. No other damages or restoration.
Twin handled pottery vase possibly Herculaneum circa 1820 painted with a bird perched on a branch in iron red enamel, lacking cover, 33cm high Condition report: No cover, patches of crazing, glaze scratching. The black enamel has been retouched in places however there is still some wear in areas.
