A cloisonné octagonal vase, a French Aladin prunus blossom decorated pot pourri vase, a lead and inlaid bowl and cover, two Chinese shallow dishes, various bone and ivorine figures, three Limoges saucers and a similar rose decorated saucer CONDITION REPORTS All items in used condition with knocks and bumps. The ivory/bone figures are all very yellowed. The gentleman with hand in the air is missing his spear. The little boat has pieces missing. The man with a saw is in very used condition.

All other items have wear including discolouration, scratches, chips, etc.
A collection of miscellaneous wares to include a pair of 19th Century beadwork face screens with turned wood gilt decorated handles, a ruby glass vase, a cut glass vase containing a collection of cutlery, together with a box containing a soda syphon, a collection of various cutlery, two large cat ornaments inscribed to base "Joan and David De Bethel Rye Sussex .....", numbered 2254 and 2750, two small cat ornaments by Joan and David De Bethel, a small pricket candlestick, etc CONDITION REPORTS The De Bethel cats, of which there are four (2 large and 2 small): cat in headscarf is no'd 2254 to base and has chips to ears and flaking to paintwork on back of head, also chips to base, various scratches and some red scratch/pen marks to face. The soldier no'd 2750 has chips to ears and around base especially and several dents to body, general scratches, dirt. The two smaller cats are un-numbered, the one in green has very badly chipped and flaking ears, the cat in yellow has chips to ears, both have surface scratches, some discolouration etc. Remaining contents of this lot have wear and tear including wear to handscreens, foxing and discolouration to silkwork, one candlestick broken at top and split down stem, both have chips. All Items with wear and tear, knocks, scratches, chips etc.

Pair of vases have dirt and various firing faults and some discolouration including large brown mark on one facet. Various firing faults, especilally to the handles. Pair of Chinese Canton famille rose vases of pear shape with elephant mask handles, ribbed shoulders and panels depicting figures and warriors on horseback on a crackle ground, impressed brown mark to base, 21.5cm, CONDITION REPORT: Vase 1 appears in good condition with some slight glaze loss to the blue glaze particularly Vase 2 Star crack to base of vase but star crack at base with run up into the body (following the crackle in the glaze). Small surface crack (half moon) to neck c8mm. Small flaw/glaze miss to footrim. No apparent restoration.
19th century Iznik vase of pear shape, the body decorated with calligraphic and floral panels on a green scale ground, 30cm CONDITION REPORT: Surface chips to top rim and another tiny chip, rim surface is rough (glaze). Body appears good condition. Flaws appear natural, no cracks or hairlines apparent or obvious restoratio. There is also a dribble of some substance from fullet part of body to foot rim at one point.

CONDITION REPORT: Two cracks on either side of mouth running down into the body, one has a v-shaped piece at top rim c1.5cm x 2cm which has been out and re-glued. Surface scratches. Tiny chips to outside of top rim. Some crackles darker than others (water penetration).

Pear shaped vase 2: large pieces missing from rim (three small pieces inside vase) not complete. Re-painting and poor repair to other side of rim. Small area blue glaze loss. Third vase: appears in good condition, slightly dirty, slight gilding wear at rim. Lid; is from large vase, appears ok, gilding slightly rubbed/dull. Base/jar - no lid, poor condition, cracked through, stress fractures from rim, ship at shoulder, star crack to base. Plate: residue at rim which appears to come off c4cm, gilding rubbed, otherwise good. Large jar and cover: lid - tiny chip at inside of ridge to top rim, gilding worn, otherwise good. Body - tiny chips/frits to inside rim, slight wear to black overglazw, chip to inside of foot rim, otherwise good.
