A pair of French porcelain baluster vases, painted bouquets of flowers, 49cm high CONDITION REPORT: One vase with vertical crack from rim which then loops around full circle in neck. The other vase has a V-shaped section lacking from rim and an associated hairline crack down the neck. The opposite side of the rim has several cracks and filled slivers. Both with solder rivets.
A Chinese rouleau vase, Kangxi, decorated a coastal landscape, 25.5cm high(damaged) a Chinese blue and white baluster vase, Kangxi, decorated scrolling foliage, 24cm high and a Chinese blue and white yen-yen vase, 22cm high CONDITION REPORT: Rouleau - two sections of rim broken and glued with losses and an associated hairline crack, some scratches to glaze. Baluster vase - diagonal hairline crack from stiff leaf band to scroll of central band, very faint, small glaze blemish to lower part. Chip to footrim. Gu vase - extensively damaged and glued
A late 19th Century Chinese famille rose baluster vase, painted with soldiers in mountain landscapes, 45.75cm high (converted as a lamp) CONDITION REPORT: No cracks or chips visible. Crazing and staining to crazing throughout. We have not examined it without the wooden base or cap.

A near pair of Chinese celadon baluster vases, 31cm high and an ovoid celadon vase, 22.5cm high CONDITION REPORT: 252:Ovoid vase looks good condition though we have been unable to remove the metal inset (lamp). The slightly smaller of the two similar vases has a significant rim chip, some has been glued back, some is missing. Otherwise fine.
A pair of Chinese blue and white floral bottle vases, Kangxi, of globe and shaft form, painted scrolling foliage, underglaze 'G' mark under, 20cm high/Note: A similar pair of vases were sold in the Gerson and Judith Leiber collection, Sotheby's, 20th March 2018, Lot 405. The distinctive G mark has been the subject of speculation. Thought by some to be the initial of a western client who commissioned the items, it has also been suggested that it is a D copied erroneously from Delftwares. A third suggestion is to view the character (when turned through 90 degrees) as the Persian letter ye. Perhaps these wares were produced for a Persian or Mughal Indian patron/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: The pair are generally in nice condition. Each has a few scattered dimples to the glaze. One has a small firing hole/flaw in the glaze by the 'G' mark. The same vase has a tiny black flaw to the rim of the neck.
A late 18th Century Chinese punch bowl decorated in the Queen Charlotte pattern, 26.5cm diameter on a carved wood stand and a Chinese famille rose cylinder vase converted as a lamp base, 35.5cm high CONDITION REPORT: The vase is without chips or cracks, only damage is the hole in the base. The bowl has a long hairline crack from rim and three minor rim chips.
A 19th Century walnut chair back settee, the two chair backs with shell and foliate carved top rails above solid vase splats, the drop-in seat and moulded rails on shell carved cabriole legs with claw and ball feet/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: This is not 18th Century. Back right hand leg broken. Upright splats noticeably scratched. Surviving legs all sound, claw feet badly scuffed. Frame throughout faded. Upholstered seat sagging, needlework faded. 105cm high, height of seat 45cm and depth of seat 60cm.
A George III mahogany armchair of Chippendale design with carved serpentine top rail and pierced vase shaped splat, leaf carved arms and supports, with serpentine needlework seat on moulded and chamfered legs joined by H stretchers CONDITION REPORT: Lot 422Frame sound. Left hand arm badly chewed. Both arms worn. Back seat stretcher split. Seat split and holed in several places and chewed at left hand front corner.
A matched pair of Swedish faience pottery vases designed by Stig Lindberg for Gustavsberg, each of square form, one with lid, painted marks to bases, height 15cm & 17.5cm. Condition - vase with lid has crazing throughout, otherwise very good, each appears free from chips, cracks or restoration.
