Modern Chinese metal censer, kylin finial and elephant handles, 30cm, a pair of censers, various vases.Condition report:Large censer with elephant mask handles - the handles are cast separately are do just slot into the body on very basic mechanism. Overall shape is good elsewhere, some wear to the patina.The large antimony vase has some scratches to the interior neck. Otherwise the three cast antimony vessels have quite a dull patina. No significant dents.Pair of small vases with reddish ground bodies - one has a network of fractures to the bodies.

Chinese porcelain vase, shouldered form with flared rim, painted with chickens and flowers in polychrome enamels, unmarked, 35.5cm.Condition report:No chips or restoration. There is a fine network of crazing lines running over the body which could be classed as hairlines in the body of the porcelain itself. The underside of the base also has an evident network of crazing lines.

Lot 461

Victorian figured walnut and marquetry fold-over card table, baize lined, moulded and scrolled apron, vase-shaped column, with four scrolled legs, width 92cm, depth 46cm, height 73cm.Condition report:There is a large area of blistering to the marquetry border on the left hand side, and general colour variation with darker patches elsewhere to the top. The lower panel of the top has split and the split appears to travel under the baize, extending most of the width. The baize itself has discolour and torn along the crease and would benefit in being replaced. Some movement and wobble to the column.  The column and legs are otherwise ok.
