A continental Art Nouveau or Secessionist iridescent vase, late 19th/early 20th century, the vase of high shouldered twin handled form with pewter coloured enamel veins over a blue green iridescent enamel ground, indistinct impressed pattern number to base, 13cm high (at fault), with a pair of yellow glazed silver overlayed miniature stem vases, each 9cm high, and five scent bottles, comprising a pair of white metal overlayed examples, a Murano style example, a white glass globe and shaft example of wrythen form, and a 1950s example with flared neck detail (8)
dating: circa 1900 provenance: Oman, Curved, flat, double-edged blade, with central raiser. Silver grip, decorated with frames and partially engraved and pierced with floral motifs, enriched with cusped studs at the two ends and on pommel. Big, silver scabbard, finely decorated with floral motifs, with frames and piercing, provided with a big, vase-shaped chape, surmounted with a cusp. Back with remains of antique leather covering. Two suspension rings. length 30,4 cm.
dating: 20th Century provenance: Tibet, In bronze, with trident placed on a skull and two heads and vase, in-the-round. Then with vishvavajra and brass kartika. Bottom with phurba shape. All the elements in their conventional position. Complete with pendant in polychrome fabric with fringes. The Khatvanga (Tantric staff) is a religious symbol in Indian religions such as Shaivism and Vajrayana Buddhism. It represents the inseparable union of great bliss and emptiness, as ultimate bodhichitta. height 45 cm.

Adjustable trigger (one with a missing screw head). Iron mounts, some pitting. Trigger-guards engraved with a vase and finger-support. Butt-plates with primer case. length 35,5 cm.
dating: First half of the 19th Century provenance: France, Octagonal, micro-rifled, 13 mm cal. barrels, with slightly bell-mouthed nozzle, with copper fore-sights (one with remains of gilding), marked 'EX' at the base and signed 'Manufacture de Versailles'. Breeches with chiselled frame. Tangs with fix rear sight and engraved with an eagle. Locks converted to percussion, with cocks engraved with leaves and plates signed 'Boutet D.teur'; traces of finishing. Wooden, full stocks with grip finely checkered, front segment of the lock checkered as well, adorned also with nails. Chiselled palmettes at he grip's base. Iron mounts, finely engraved. Butt-plates with a fine Medusa head, trigger-guards with a trophy and front tang with a vase, in relief. Horn-tipped wooden ramrods and base with brass cartridge extractor. length 42 cm.
An early 18c needlework sampler by Elizabeth, The Charity School, St Clements Danes, aged 14, who began the sampler during December 1721. The sampler has horizontal panels of figures admiring flowers in pots, one with a central anchor flanked by two swans and rows of conifer trees and one with lady and gentleman either side of a large two handled vase and floral display. The remaining panels are made up of script and verse, framed and glazed, 45cm x 22cm.
