Delicate Japanese porcelain baluster specimen vase with narrow neck, well painted with female figures playing with a ball and with studies of bamboo. Painted character mark to base. 20 cm high approx. (Restored).(B.P. 21% + VAT) The neck of this piece seems to have been repaired/restored and repainted.
A Kangxi Famille verte vase and cover, late 17th century, painted with females conversing, reading and writing within a fenced garden, the reverse with a panel painted with females playing Go whilst another looks on holding a vase with flower, 52cmCondition report: Extensively and poorly restored. A large crack starts at the rim and continues down through the vase, under the base and continues on the opposite side terminating 14cm from the rim. A further long horizontal crack starts below the figure of the boy continues diagonally to the lady furthest on the left and continues around the vase terminating at the left side of the table with Go. 50% of the knop is missing, the remainder is poorly restored. There are four rim chip to the lid of varying sizes. There is a 20cm x 6cm undulating restoration of poor quality to the rim and a further equally poor 7cm x 3cm 'D' shape restoration on the opposing side of the rim.

A Japanese Akasuke ginbari enamel vase, Taisho, 12cm, a Republic period porcelain figure of Guanyin, 15cm, a Chinese blue and white coffee bowl, a miniature part bisque figure group taking tea, 2cm, and a carved stone recumbant horse, 18cmCondition report: A small knock to the base rim of the ginbari vase, enamel unaffected and in good order. A tiny chip to the base of Guanyin. Bowl with two hairline cracks. Horse head has been broken off and reattached, the left ear is missing, a chip to its back and tiny chips to the edge of the base. The horses front left leg has been broken in numerous places and glued, its front right leg has a fine crack.
A Chinese sang de boeuf vase, 18th century, of shouldered tapering form, decorated with gilt butterflies and flowers, above a band of stiff leaves, 29cm high.Condition report: Gilding around the shoulder almost all erased. Of the four butterflies, one is almost completely erased. The band of leaves at the base has almost 50% erased.
