Two Art Nouveau silver-mounted wooden easel photograph frames by Hukin & Heath, each of shaped form with rectangular plate, the mounts embossed in japonaiserie style, one with a rising sun flanked by peacocks and foliate designs, 24 x 19.5cm, the other with arched top, a seated geisha holding a fan, a vase of flowers, branches of flowering prunus and flying birds, 24 x 21cm, Birmingham 1904 and 1905,CONDITION: Peacock frame- One screw missing. Some minor wear to the decoration in places, commensurate with age and some use. Hallmarks clear. Support arm en verso replaced and damaged.Geisha frame- A few minor dings around the frame in places. A few small holes/splits beginning to appear on some of the raised part of the decoration. Visible wear to the decoration in places also, commensurate with age and some use. Hallmarks clear. Wooden frame in generally good order.
