An air or mercury twist wine of large proportions, 19th century, the trumpet shaped bowl on twist stem, knop and domed spreading foot, unpolished pontil, 23cm high along with a pair of 18th century style cordial glasses, 17cm high, a celery vase engraved 'peace on earth and good will to men, old England forever' 26cm high, and a rummer with faceted detail upon square base 15cm high (5) CONDITION REPORT:Wine shows fine surface scratching, but no obvious chips, cracks or losses. The two cordial glasses each show blowing faults to the bowl and the odd small bubble in the stem and foot. Celery glass shows a flaked chip to the rim and the odd bubble to the bowl. Rummer shows the odd chip and nibble to the edges and corners of the base.

An Art Deco Daum Nancy baluster vase, early 20th century, the body deeply wheel cut and etched with an all over stylised foliate design, acid etched maker's mark to foot rim, 35cm high, with a later lamp insert CONDITION REPORT:The lamp insert is a stand-alone fitting, and the vase has not been drilled or altered in any way to accommodate it. The insert has caused some surface wear to the rim of the vase. The foliate design shows a flaked loss to one leaf approximately 6mm wide with another 3mm loss immediately next to it. The edges of the foliate design are sharply but unevenly cut, and it is difficult to differentiate between wheel cut edges and later chips and nibbles. There are several areas of blue residue across the piece, and several areas of white residue. The piece is dirty and would benefit from cleaning.

Das weisse Mittelfeld ist durchgehend mit einem dekorativen Dekor aus Blütenkompositionen und Blattranken sowie einer roten, blumengefüllten Vase versehen. 2 Nebenbordüren umranden die breite rote Hauptbordüre, die mit stilvollen Blüten und Blattranken in verschiedensten Variationen geschmückt ist. Gute Erhaltung. 140x210 cm (ft. 4.6x6.9).
IsfahanZ-Persien, um 1960. Flormaterial Korkwolle, Kette aus Seide. Im beigen Feld erwächst aus einer eindrucksvollen Vase ein weisses florales, mit Paradiesvögeln gefülltes Medaillon, flankiert von Vögeln, Gänsen, Blütenranken und blühenden Bäumen. Die ebenfalls helle Bordüre ist mit Blüten und Ranken verziert und wird von 2 Borten schmückend gesäumt. Sehr gute Erhaltung. 109x178 cm (ft. 3.6x5.9).
TeheranZ-Persien, um 1910. Im weissen Mittelfeld ruht unter einem dunkelblauen Giebel eine weisse Gebetsnische, die im Inneren mit einer eindrucksvollen Vase geschmückt ist, aus der ein, sich über das gesamte Innenfeld erstreckender Baum erwächst, flankiert von Vögeln, 2 weiteren Vasen und Blütenketten. Die gelbe Baumspitze sowie die roten und blauen Blütenmotive bilden einen schönen farblichen Kontrast. Mehrere floral belegte Borten säumen die hellblaue Bordüre, die mit roten Blütenkartuschen verziert ist. Fleckig. Starke Gebrauchsspuren. 136x195 cm (ft. 4.5x6.4).
IsfahanZ-Persien, um 1910. Im beigen Mittelfeld erwächst aus einer grosszügig angelegten, blumengefüllten roten Vase ein sich über das Feld erstreckender blühender Baum, flankiert von Vögeln, Blütenmotiven, Rankenbändern und weiteren Bäumen. 2 filigran gezeichnete Nebenbordüren säumen die mit Bäumen, Hasen und verschiedensten Vögeln auf dekorative Weise geschmückte rote Hauptbordüre. Gute Erhaltung. 137x222 cm (ft. 4.5x7.3).
Pao-TaoS-Mongolei, um 1930. Das tiefblaue Feld ist mit einer eindrucksvollen Päonien-Vase im Zentrum geschmückt, dazu Symbole der vier Feinen Künste, weitere Vasen, Tische, Blütenzweige und vielfältiges chinesisches Dekor. Eine, mit gereihten Shou-Zeichen und filigranen Blütenmotiven besetzte Borte grenzt an eine klassische Swastika-Innenborte, die wiederum die Hauptbordüre säumt, die mit verschiedensten buddhistischen Symbolen und Blütenmotiven dekorativ verziert ist. Sehr gute Erhaltung. 170x280 cm (ft. 5.6x9.2).
SuzaniUsbekistan, um 1980. Wunderschöne Nadelarbeit. Seide auf Leinen. Prachtvolles Exemplar. Eine einzigartige, filigrane Rankenborte bildet im weissen Mittelfeld eine Gebetsnische, die im Inneren mit einer stilvollen Vase sowie roten Palmetten und blauen Blütenblättern und Ranken in unendlichem Rapport gefüllt ist. Die Bordüre ist mit charakteristischen roten Suzani-Göls und blauen Ranken belegt und wird von einer fein gezeichneten Borte gesäumt. Fleckig, ansonsten gute Erhaltung. 178x223 cm (ft. 5.9x7.4).
Kashan-SufZ-Persien, um 1900. Flormaterial reine Seide, reliefartig geknüpft und mit echten Edelsteinen besetzt. Vom filigran gezeichneten, dreiteiligen Giebel einer Gebetsnische hängt je eine Ampel hinab ins Feld. Die verschiedensten Blütenmotive einer kunstvoll gestalteten, blumengefüllten Vase erstrecken sich dekorativ in unendlichem Rapport über das gesamte Innenfeld. 2 blütenverzierte Kartuschen-Borten umfassen die mit Vögeln und architektonischen Bauwerken reich belegte Kartuschen-Hauptbordüre. Starke Gebrauchsspuren. 126x204 cm (ft. 4.2x6.7).
IsfahanZ-Persien, um 1980. Flormaterial Korkwolle, Kette aus Seide. Unten in der Mitte signiert mit "Iran Isfahan, Abbas Mansuri". Im tiefblauen Feld ruht eine prächtige blumengefüllte Vase, deren Blüten dekorative Farbakzente setzen, begleitet von 5 weiteren Vasen in verschiedensten Ausführungen und multiplen, kunstvoll gezeichneten Paradiesvögeln. 2 weisse, mit geometrisch angelegten, blütengefüllten Kartuschen verzierte Nebenbordüren säumen die hellblaue, mit lebhaft dargestellten Vögeln und grosszügig angelegten, farbenfrohen Blumenbouquets geschmückte Hauptbordüre. Sehr gute Erhaltung. 151x228 cm (ft. 5x7.5).
