Two Japanese Satsuma ware vases, 20th century, one with applied elephant masks and chain link handles and decorated with panels of warriors and flowers, 30.5cm high, the other with panels of domestic scenes between geometric motifs, 17cm high (2) The base of the larger vase has been re-attached with adhesive, and coated with a thin glaze across the whole vase, underneath which can be seen heavy crazing and light cracks. The smaller vase has crazing throughout and a firing crack to the rim.

A group of five South-East Asian bronze chieftain's wares, late 19th/early 20th century, comprising: a crescent shaped vase with zoomorphic handles, 27cm high, 46cm wide; a kettle with swing handle, 23cm high; a vase stand in two parts; and two bowls (5)The large crescent shaped vase is lacking a mount to one side of the body. There is a small hole where this would have been fixed. Both handles are loose. General wear overall consistent with age and use.The other items are tarnished overall with residue from a cleaning product in the recesses of the decoration.
