Possibly a one off unrecorded shape with this pattern, signed, height 31cm together with another Blue Rhapsody vase of typical shape, signed by Phillip Gibson M.C.C. 41. 2001, a watercolour by Phillip Gibson of the Blue Rhapsody design and associated correspondence. A set of six 19th century mahogany dining chairs in the Chinese Chippendale manner. With pierced vase splat back and blind fretwork on square inner chamfered supports and drop in tooled leather seats, together with a hand written note of provenance. These chairs are generally sound, sturdy, and useable. The seats are reassuringly worn, with two having a few holes visible. There is a small loss at the top of one of the front legs, otherwise just general marks and wear.
An early 20th Century Royal Worcester posy vase, Hadley shape 283, of quatrelobed form with flared collar neck, hand painted with roses between gilded borders, printed marks and date of 1908, together with a small ornate ewer, Hadley shape 221, and a fallen fruits cabinet cup and saucer by Ricketts, damaged. A 20th Century Royal Copenhagen vase, shape 1048, of tapered ovoid form with roll rim, panel decorated with a scene of rocks to a landscape with seagulls overhead and a further panel of seagulls to the reverse, pattern number 2694, printed and painted marks, height 23cm.
