An Isle of Wight Studio Glass 'Azurene' range cylinder vase in the blue colourway, an early paperweight with flame pontil, a multicoloured fish paperweight and a Chris Lucas Touch of Glass footed bowl. (4) Note: Chris Lucas originally worked for Isle of Wight Studio Glass before setting up his Touch of Glass studio. His designs are quite often mistaken for those of Michael Harris's studio as in the case of this bowl, they are very similar.
A Norman Stuart Clarke 'Plum Tree' design vase. Note: this vase was made at The London Glassblowing workshop in 1983. The design was made for an exhibition of LGW artist's work and was featured in an article by The Telegraph newspaper (a copy of the article is currently available on Ebay). The inspiration for the design was twofold, a picture by Gaugin and a particularly gnarly old plum tree at the bottom of Norman's childhood home. The Moon is a recurring theme in Norman's work; on this vase he has tried to capture the moonlight on a dark night peeping through the branches of his gnarly plum tree.
Eleven pieces of Scandic glass, including an 'opal' vase by Michael Bang, a Sea Glasbruk vase, an orrefors vase, aKosta Boda 'rhapsody' bowl designed by Kjell Engmann, a Boda votive, a Gesper Sodring studio bowl dated 1988, an iittala tea light and three(3) Pukeberg miniature vases( one with label).
